  • "Lovely super clean caravan, happy we booked this static as the apartment in Butlins my son had booked was not so good!"

    Caravan may be a little basic but it was super clean and tidy, everything we needed and only a short walk to everything Butlins had to offer.

  • "Pros: # Double bed mattress is decent (a rare find!"

    ). # Fairly quiet location on the site. # Decent space in living area. # Quick response from owner regarding a pre-booking query about passes. # Allocated parking immediately adjacent to caravan (but often ignored and found other cars parked in it because the other spaces are extremely narrow). # Clean - loo, shower, kitchen, bedrooms. # Outdoor clothes line (no pegs, but we used the trouser hangers from the wardrobes). # Hangers provided. Cons: # Sofas need a thorough clean, the stains are vile. # Oven is poor - took us 1.5hrs overall to cook 3 pizzas! The knobs are the wrong way up too. # Could do with a decent mat by the front door. # Make sure you point the shower head right towards the rear wall, or the floor will flood. # Curtains in lounge are blackout, bedrooms are not.

    The caravan was very clean & had everything we needed. We're a family of 3 & the van is well-equipped for larger families, plus a patio with a table is great for kids. We will definitely consider booking again if we return to Butlins!

    The caravan was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals if you don't want to use the restaurants on the main site. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and look forward to booking in 2025.

  • "Caravan looked nothing like the pictures on line it was very basic and not as homely as advertised with the rules when you leave and the £100 bound we thought it would have been something special our Daughter hired a caravan too and Hers was a lot nicer and nearly £200 cheaper ."

    Caravan was clean but by no means spotless tray in the oven was dirty with remnants of the previous owners food glasses were dirty in the cupboard so was the cutlery we had to wash it all before use . In the two single bedrooms there was dirty socks left under the bed and clothes in the wardrobe so these rooms hadn’t been checked or cleaned !! A disposable razor was left in the shower caddy where you put your shower gel etc and this caddy was dirty too .Both tvs in the bedrooms didn’t work much to our grandchildren’s disappointment as they wanted to watch kids tv early morning . Loo seat was loose and window would not stay open in the bathroom . . We never used the oven or microwave so can’t comment on these as we ate out and just had cereal and toast for breakfast . Bedding was spotless and plenty of tableware and kitchen utensils just wish the caravan had been cleaned properly before we arrived .I hope the next people to book appreciate us leaving it a lot cleaner when we left than when we arrived I bet the cleaners thought they were in heaven .

    Very please with it and was well equipped . Will definitely be recommending it to family and friends who visit Butlins. So spacious and well situated. Communication with the owner was good and easy to check in. Will definitely be booking again. Our grandchildren throughly enjoyed themselves .

Our caravan boasts a modern and stylish interior with a fully equipped kitchen (culterly, dishes plates cups) TV and patio with picnic bench A stones throw from the lake and a few minutes walk away from the Main Butlins Resort - (The Skyline, Splashworld, The Fun Fair) There is allocated parking for 1 car in front of the caravan but there is plenty of parking spaces on the main car park or surrounding areas for other cars if needed. Our caravan is also situated on in a cul-de-sac plot looking out into a grassed area where the kids can play safely and in-sight. Summer breaks Price includes FREE PASSES for 2x Adults & 2x Children Under 2's go free.

Additional passes can be purchased at a fee to gain entry into the Butlins resort and all it has to offer Weekend breaks/adult breaks/all other breaks Price listed is for accommodation only.

The popular seaside resort of Minehead occupies a wonderful sheltered spot beneath the dramatic North Hill, on the lovely West Somerset Coast. This welcoming town boasts a mile long esplanade, providing a wonderful backdrop to the golden beach, whilst the pretty harbour, visited in the summer by the famous paddle steamer Waverley, offers excellent fishing opportunities. Enjoy a nostalgic steam train journey from the seafront on the West Somerset Railway, or visit Blenheim Gardens, winner of many awards for its beautiful floral displays. Renowned for the largest herd of red deer in England, Exmoor National Park with its wooded valleys, pretty bridlepaths and heather clad moors, is well worth a visit, whilst the magnificent Norman Castle at nearby Dunster is a must.
