  • "Rarely have we found a property that exceeds expectations, this is one."

The property has a raised elevation which gives wonderful views out to sea from either the dining area or lounge, when the weather was fine we found the two outdoor seating areas were perfect for relaxing, especially the lower area which has a chimenea and comfy seats, we found it a great little sun trap for an afternoon tea . The furnishings and accessories are in keeping with the holiday theme throughout and are comfortable and of good quality. We did not eat out as the kitchen was so well equipped and the view from the dining table difficult to beat. The real treat though is the superb collection of photographs, artwork and nautical accessories throughout all the rooms which means wherever you are in the property, remind you of just how stunning this part of the Welsh coastline really is. The location is also one of the best as a base to discover the Island from with many beaches and coves within walking distance or a short car journey.

Thanks so much for this amazing feedback. So glad you enjoyed your holiday. This part of Wales is truly magical. Hope to see you again soon ! Property Owner

  • "The attention to detail and the owner’s artistic talents are obvious from the minute you walk through the front door at Trearddur Views."

From the beautifully presented welcome hamper full of goodies, to the lovely seascapes on the walls and the tasteful interior design, it is clear that much thought has been put into creating this superb holiday apartment. I can only echo all the many positive comments written in previous reviews regarding the comfort of the apartment, the superbly equipped kitchen, the captivating views from the lounge and dining area, the 2 little patios that are great suntraps, and the general location. Having seen much of the island during our stay we both felt that Trearddur Bay was probably the best place to stay. I could say so much more, but just read previous reviews and book your next holiday!

Wow thanks so much for your feedback. I am very keen on photography and the scenery there is so stunning I wanted to share it all over the apartment. Sunsets in particular can be spectacular. Gathering driftwood and creating driftwood art is very relaxing and can be a great holiday activity too. So glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again Property Owner

  • "We have stayed in this property two times previously."

We have never had any issues with the pool until this stay. We have a child with additional needs and book this property specifically because of the pool. The pool was absolutely freezing and it was acknowledged that there was an issue with the pipes. We were offered an alternative in the adjacent pool on one occasion. We would normally swim every day. This was extremely disappointing for us. The rest of the property was lovely as always.

I am delighted to hear you were pleased with the apartment for your third visit. The issues with the pool were completely beyond our control and apologies if this affected your holiday. Property Owner

  • "We did have a few hiccups on arrival."

The welcome email pack with all apartment information, wifi code and local information had not been sent to us prior to arrival and we had to chase this up via P&J Properties We were disappointed to find a drawer full of dirty underwear in the bedside cabinet. This had obviously not been checked when cleaning. The apartment is spacious and well appointed. Thank you for the goodies in the hamper - very much appreciated. The two outside seating areas were very comfortable for relaxing in peace.

Thank you for your feedback, we do take feedback very seriously and appreciate your comments. We have replaced the welcome pack to a Digital welcome pack during Covid times and are sorry you did not receive this. Fortunately we was able to send it the day you arrived as it had not been sent prior to your arrival. We do hope you enjoyed your stay and will now revert back to the the hard copy in the property to prevent this happening in the future. Kind regards Property Owner

  • "The property had the WOW factor and was bigger than anticipated."

The views from the dining kitchen were relaxing with the sea a short distance away. The area is good for walking which is just as well as the few shops available seem further than advertised. We would recommend the Sea shanty ice cream parlour in the village which also has a restaurant though booking is advisable as it gets very busy. The apartment is well situated for exploring the island particularly the south stack lighthouse and the breakwater country park. The small town of Beaumaris is about 20 minutes drive and is also well worth a visit. All in all a most enjoyable week was had by our party

. We booked for the first time August 2020 and have booked already for 2021 and 2022.. Testament to an amazing space beautifully situated with fabulous views of the Bay, ‘Haunted House’ and surrounding areas.. It’s within walking distance of the beach, shops, bars and restaurants and boasts two outdoor sitting areas on two levels beautifully maintained to the highest spec.. The kitchen is so spacious with an abundance of pots, pans, crockery etc and so much more.. There are three superb sized bedrooms, two with en-suites and a family bathroom that serves almost as an en-suite to the middle bedroom .. Comfy beds, quality tasteful bedding and white towels provided for each guest ... Living room also very spacious and comfortable with high quality furniture and decor with tv, WiFi and again, much more .. We were welcomed with a lovely surprise from the owner Julie .. a well stocked hamper basket of wine, goodies and essentials which was so thoughful and beautifully presented ... Julie is so personable and prompt in replying to messages etc ... Her apartment is a credit to her and the pictures do not do this fantastic holiday home justice.. needs to be experienced to be fully appreciated .. I can’t recommend this highly enough and our returning stay proved to be every bit as wonderful as our first ..

Thank you for your amazing feedback. We do work hard to ensure the property is kept to a high standard and really appreciate your kind comments. We do look forward to welcoming you again in the near future. Best wishes. Property Owner

  • "My family and I recently stayed in the Trearddur Views apartment for our annual Anglesey holiday."

I cannot recommend it enough. It was immaculate and well stocked with everything important to enhance our holiday. Beautiful white duvets, pillows and pleasing quality bedding. A bath and hand towel provided for seven guests plus a large selection of beach towels for use too. Three fabulous bedrooms - one incorporates an en-suite wet room, another has an ensuite bathroom with shower and the main family bathroom opposite the middle bedroom is almost like an en-suite thanks to the layout of the property. The kitchen is very spacious with an extending dining table, a generous amount of plates, dishes, cups, glasses, pans etc and a well stocked utility cupboard. A spacious, tastefully decorated living room with fantastic views of the ‘Haunted House’ and a lovely seating area in the large bay window to enjoy the views. The artwork throughout is very interesting and depicts local scenery, local historical prints and places of interest. Myself and my family particularly enjoyed seeing the history of the area as I have been holidaying in Trearddur with my extended family for over 50 years. The apartment itself is up a well lit flight of stairs and has two outside areas to enjoy. The first houses a chiminea and seating and the higher one has outdoor furniture and table and the greenery surrounding both is neat and maintained to the highest spec. As it is positioned higher up than ground level this apartment offers the most fabulous views of the surrounding area and Trearddur Bay beach - beautiful to enjoy both morning and evening and we have already booked for next year. I would highly recommend anybody considering booking this property to do so without hesitation.

  • "This property advertises itself as 5* , although it is well appointed, clean and functional I have stayed at 5* properties and there are a few small alterations this property would need to make to fit this criteria in my opinion."

The property has fabulous views and plenty of seating to allow you to enjoy these views, 2 of bedrooms are very well proportioned but the "middle" double bedroom is very small with very little space between the bed and the wall, the snug is a lovely touch adjoining this room but the bedroom itself is claustrophobic. The children's bedroom and the main double bedroom are a lovely size and have en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is lovely, there are plenty of glasses, plates, cutlery etc. The dishwasher is an appreciated extra and again this room over looks the sea which is a great way to enjoy a meal together. The sitting room is comfortable and a couple of comfy chairs are provided to sit in the bay and watch the waves crashing on the headland opposite. Some of the improvements that I would suggest are: better quality bedding - the duvet in our room was substantially smaller than the duvet cover and was therefore not very comfortable for sleeping. I would recommend providing hand towels as well as bath towels as 1 towel per person for all uses for a week is not sufficient and ideally you do not want to be doing laundry all week to keep towels fresh. There are ALOT of locked cupboards, doors, drawers and units, I fully appreciate that some items need to be kept secure and that the owners may well live in the property out of high season but it can feel very unwelcoming to find locked units in most rooms and loses the "boutique" feel of the property, you don't find locked drawers in a 5* hotel and I've not encountered this in other boutique properties, perhaps to condense these types of items to one or two locations would reduce this feel. This was a lovely base to enjoy Wales from and a good sized property which gave us all plenty of space to relax, the price band was high, but fair given the fact we were visiting during the August Bank Holiday, although the apartment overlooks the sea but the beach is a 10/15 minute walk away, albeit an easy, flat and pavemented walk, the beach is sandy and feels safe for use by all the family, the smaller rocky coves closer to the apartment offer rockpooling opportunities and beautiful sunset views. I would recommend this property.

Plenty of room. Kitchen/diner to die for. All modern appliances fitted. Very comfortable lounge. Plenty of seating. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Outside space and furniture lovely, despite the weather we did manage to use it. Wonderful views from here. There was building work going on around us but was very unobtrusive. Very close to some lovely coves and a little bit further was the main beach area of Trearrdur Bay. Good choice of restaurants which we frequently used. Just love the ruggedness of Anglesey, which has become one of my favourite places. We will return again I'm sure, even with a 300 plus mile journey. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had two families staying and we did not get in each other's way. Having three bathrooms helped a lot and two separate living areas so that children and adults could be separate if they wanted to be, It has excellent access to the coves and Treaddur Bay. The use of the indoor private swimming pool was also very welcomw as the weather was not great this week.

It is very tastefully decorated and you just feel so at home there. The apartment is big enough to give everybody their own space and has everything you need to make the holiday. The swimming pool is a good extra and it was so enjoyable to sit out the front (which is a wind trap) in the sun, we picked a great week re the weather and have a glass of wine whilst looking at the beautiful view out to sea. We would have no hesitation in booking again in the future, we try not to go back to the same place twice but we might make a exception here.

  • "Initially we were a little disappointed as we had expected nothing in front of us except a road and the sea, and there were other properties in the way."

However, once inside, the property greatly exceeded our expectations, absolutely excellent in every way. Large spacious, tastefully furnished rooms, with all one could need. We had to ring the owners three times initially for help with using the heating, the TV and the pool code. All these were through our own lack of technical knowledge and were dealt with quickly and patiently. Storm Gareth blew whilst we were there but we felt safe and warm as we watched the sea from the comfort of the lounge and would certainly recommend this accomodation.
