  • "We had a great stay in this very comfortable cottage, which is in a peaceful location with fantastic views."

Almost everything we needed was provided, minus a couple of minor things. We did have some issues with the shower, which seemed to go from either very hot to a bit cold.

  • "It had everything you needed but it was very tired looking and not much attention to detail."

The pillowcases, for example, were not ironed and coming apart at the seams. Also, there was no welcome pack. Not even milk in the fridge to make a drink. We were miles away from any shops and were waiting for an online shopping delivery.

  • "Lovely views from the cottage ."

The cottage was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The only thing I could not find was a potato peeler but managed with the fabulous array of knives. Bed and sofa were very comfortable. Great area for exploring islands from. We visited easdale, sail island , lismore and kerrerra. We could have happily stayed longer.

  • "Fantastic location and overall nice accommodation."

Well equipped kitchen and garden overlooking loch. Decor a little tired and some furnishings a little shabby. Large puddle forms at gate when it rains so decent footwear needed. Log burner not easy to use but other heating was sufficient. I did enjoy my holiday so much so I have booked again for next year. Would recommend if you are looking for tranquility and relaxation.

  • "The cottage was cosy, comfortable and well equipped."

The wood burner was lovely to use when the evening cooled down. The views from the cottage are stunning and we saw eagles, an otter, many deer and lots of seabirds. I highly recommend this cottage if you are looking for remote peace and quiet.

  • "Excellent property and location ."

Cottage is beautifully presented and well equipped. Our only issue is, and it was the same last time we stayed here, was the lack of hot water . Instructions given did not allow us to get hot water any day of stay . In order to make use of the beautiful deep bath we had to boil over 10 kettles/ pots of water to get a very shallow hot bath. Boost function did not provide the required hot water . Thankfully the electric shower allowed us to bathe properly. Anyone with young children might struggle with lack of hot water . Apart from this issue a wonderful place to stay .
