The property

The Summerhouse is a charming ground-floor studio-style apartment nestled in Llandudno, Conwy.

Perfect for couples seeking an escape to North Wales, this coastal abode features an enclosed patio, nearby amenities and proximity to the beach and Eryri National Park (Snowdonia).

Park the car and make your way to your new abode.

Upon entering, you will be met with a bright and welcoming studio-style layout, featuring a compact kitchen, neat dining area and sleeping quarters.

Store any treats in the fridge for the week, pop a quick snack in the microwave or fill up your cup with something warm to refuel you.

Gather around the dining table as you tuck into your meal, whether it is something you have prepared or a tasty takeaway, and ponder the plans ahead.

As the golden hues shine through the skylight, head to the sleek and contemporary shower room to freshen up for the evening, with a light-up mirror adding a touch of style to your routine.

Then head back to the living space and climb into the plush king-size bed and take in the serene vistas of the garden, flick on the TV for a movie night, cuddle up, then drift off to sleep.

In the morning, enjoy a brew in the enclosed patio, dine alfresco in the afternoon, or gaze at the stars above with the water feature trickling gently in the background.

Take a stroll along the Victorian Llandudno Pier, induldge in an ice cream or fill up with some fish and chips, take in the coastal air, smooze at the food stalls, or get competitive with the amusements arcade.

Wander the 13th century estuary fortress Conwy Castle, scramble across the suspension bridge, walk the city walks, and admire the vistas of Snowdonia.

Take a short drive and lace up your hiking boots to explore Eryri National Park (Snowdonia), Wales' largest national park, with mountains, sheep and steam trains.

The Summerhouse is a delightful base for exploring all North Wales has to offer.

LLANDUDNO

Conwy 4 miles, Colwyn Bay 6 miles, Snowdonia 20 miles.

Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls. Discover miles of sandy beaches along the North Wales coast and excellent walking and climbing in the Snowdonia National Park just 20 minutes' drive away - there's plenty to see and do!
