"A modern apartment in a prime location ."
We love Mullion we have stayed in the village on many occasions but our first time in the apartment .
Kitchen is well equipped and plenty of cookware etc , ( cooked most evenings ). And easy to operate . The hob though on arrival wasn’t clean and there was grease on and around the hob knobs. Had to clean before use .
A bowl for the sink would be ideal .
Greeted with a welcome pack of scones , cream & jam , along with milk , tea & coffee . Which was so thoughtful a lovely gesture & very much appreciated .
Nice surprise to see an additional toilet , and utility room with a washing machine , this was not mentioned on listing . Fab airer in the large bathroom .
The hot water takes time to come through , .. 2/3 mins before hot water kicks in .
I travelled with my husband & my son ( adult) .. there was only two large bath towels provided for showering , two other towels were provided in twin room but they were the size of a larger hand towel ( hair towel ) certainly not large enough to wrap around your body .
Bed is comfy but found pillows too thin… it’s all personal preference .
You can park outside the front after 6pm, but we didn’t - we used the long stay village car park 3/4 mins walk - which was perfect .
The property is perfectly located , modern and well equipped and excellent value for money . We had a wonderful holiday , great weather - dry plenty of sun . We adore Cornwall .

"Problems with the boiler not working properly, it keep flashing up with fault codes stating it needed servicing."
It took 12 hours for the property to reach temperature. The boiler would not provide hot water half the time after 5 minutes off running the hot tap it would still be cold and the boiler would be flashing up an error code which required it to be reset. The main bed had hairs in it on arrival?? The property on the whole was very nice and the gifts left were a very nice touch along with the clean products however the hover did not work.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay.
The boiler problems you encountered have since been fully resolved, and the system has been serviced to ensure reliable heating and hot water. We were also disappointed to learn about the cleanliness issue with the bed, which was the result of a housekeeping error and has been addressed with our cleaning team.
The vacuum cleaner has now been replaced with a new Henry Hoover to ensure guests have fully working equipment going forward. We’re pleased to hear that you otherwise enjoyed the property and appreciated the welcome gifts and cleaning products provided. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. Best Wishes, The Cornish Cottage Holidays Team.

"The accommodatiin itself was plesant."
A few pointers re clenliness - the shower needs attentuin, the plug was blocked and full of aragnant water and other peoples hair, i removed as much as I could but this needs urgent attention as looked like it has never been cleaned. It is smelly and filthy and hair clogged. There were no cleaning products left, no bleach or kitchen cleaning products to clean work tops, loo, shower plug ect.
No recycling bin, we only found the bag at end of the visit. A recycling bin needs to be provised, plenty of space beside the other bin.
A dishwasher would be better instead of a full size feeezer wbich probably doesnt gst used.
Windows need cleaning outside. Green mould on most of them
Having said all that we did enjoy our stay. Beds were comfy with crisp clean bedding. Sofa comfy. Kitchen well equiped with pots, pans utenskls.
Surrounding area and beaches are amazing. We had great weather which helped.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed your stay and found the beds and sofa comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped.
We apologise for the shower drain being blocked with hairs, this was a housekeeping error and has been addressed. A recycling bin has now been provided, and the windows are being regularly cleaned. We appreciate your comments, which help us improve for future guests. Kind Regards, The Team at Cornish Cottage Holidays

"Savoy View is well located for visiting the Lizard Peninsula, Mullion is a lovely village with easy access to Polurrian Beach, Poldhu Cove and Mullion Cove."
Mullion also has good shops a pharmacy and a couple of pubs which serve food, we recommend the Old Inn for atmosphere and food. The accommodation itself has everything you need and is very peaceful including overnight considering the road outside and the Spar next door. Parking in the local car park is easy and only a 3-minute walk to the accommodation. You can park for 30 minutes opposite the accommodation.
Feedback for the owner only: The hot water and shower are great, but it takes a good couple of minutes for hot water to reach the shower and kitchen which is a significant waste of water. The windows could do with a really good clean as the green mould on them is not a good look.

"Great central village location
Friendly convenience shop next door
Pleasant clean decor, well stocked kitchen for home cooking
A dishwasher would be nice and the fridge is small for a family of four."
Also because this is a first floor flat there was no where to dry swimming clothes and towels, a large airer is provided but took a long time.

"Absolutely lovely accommodation in the centre of Mullion."
Savoy View had everything you could possibly need for a holiday or short break. There was a lovely surprise when we walked in to a fresh cream tea, biscuits, coffee, tea and milk. We very much appreciated those touches. We will definitely return to this little gem of a place.

"Absolutely fantastic property."
Lovely interior, great position with lovely outlook to the church, extremely quiet, warm and comfortable. Parking very easy, right outside the flat after 6pm, the rest of the time in a free car park about 3 minutes walk away. Brilliant shower, lovely towels, and welcome pack. Great having two toilets, a washing machine and drying rail. Brilliant setting in beautiful Mullion, easy walk to Polurrian Cove, slightly further one to Mullion Cove and Poldhu. Short drive to numerous beaches, Lizard and Helston. Spar next door, no hassle at all, and Co Op short walk away. Pubs, cafes and chemist very close. The only thing which would improve it would be a washing up bowl, it looks very nice without, but the sink is absolutely huge and takes a lot of filling in order to wash up.
Great value all round, would come again.
