  • "Spotlessly clean, this lovely flat was warm and welcoming."

The beds were particularly comfortable and the folder containing helpful local information was useful. Thank you for an excellent stay.

  • "The accommodatiin itself was plesant."

A few pointers re clenliness - the shower needs attentuin, the plug was blocked and full of aragnant water and other peoples hair, i removed as much as I could but this needs urgent attention as looked like it has never been cleaned. It is smelly and filthy and hair clogged. There were no cleaning products left, no bleach or kitchen cleaning products to clean work tops, loo, shower plug ect. No recycling bin, we only found the bag at end of the visit. A recycling bin needs to be provised, plenty of space beside the other bin. A dishwasher would be better instead of a full size feeezer wbich probably doesnt gst used. Windows need cleaning outside. Green mould on most of them Having said all that we did enjoy our stay. Beds were comfy with crisp clean bedding. Sofa comfy. Kitchen well equiped with pots, pans utenskls. Surrounding area and beaches are amazing. We had great weather which helped.

  • "Savoy View is well located for visiting the Lizard Peninsula, Mullion is a lovely village with easy access to Polurrian Beach, Poldhu Cove and Mullion Cove."

Mullion also has good shops a pharmacy and a couple of pubs which serve food, we recommend the Old Inn for atmosphere and food. The accommodation itself has everything you need and is very peaceful including overnight considering the road outside and the Spar next door. Parking in the local car park is easy and only a 3-minute walk to the accommodation. You can park for 30 minutes opposite the accommodation. Feedback for the owner only: The hot water and shower are great, but it takes a good couple of minutes for hot water to reach the shower and kitchen which is a significant waste of water. The windows could do with a really good clean as the green mould on them is not a good look.

  • "Great central village location Friendly convenience shop next door Pleasant clean decor, well stocked kitchen for home cooking A dishwasher would be nice and the fridge is small for a family of four."

Also because this is a first floor flat there was no where to dry swimming clothes and towels, a large airer is provided but took a long time.

  • "Absolutely lovely accommodation in the centre of Mullion."

Savoy View had everything you could possibly need for a holiday or short break. There was a lovely surprise when we walked in to a fresh cream tea, biscuits, coffee, tea and milk. We very much appreciated those touches. We will definitely return to this little gem of a place.

  • "Absolutely fantastic property."

Lovely interior, great position with lovely outlook to the church, extremely quiet, warm and comfortable. Parking very easy, right outside the flat after 6pm, the rest of the time in a free car park about 3 minutes walk away. Brilliant shower, lovely towels, and welcome pack. Great having two toilets, a washing machine and drying rail. Brilliant setting in beautiful Mullion, easy walk to Polurrian Cove, slightly further one to Mullion Cove and Poldhu. Short drive to numerous beaches, Lizard and Helston. Spar next door, no hassle at all, and Co Op short walk away. Pubs, cafes and chemist very close. The only thing which would improve it would be a washing up bowl, it looks very nice without, but the sink is absolutely huge and takes a lot of filling in order to wash up. Great value all round, would come again.
