  • "A deceptively spacious, very comfortable flat with beautiful views from the main bedroom and sitting room."

    Kitchen well equipped, huge shower room and second toilet upstairs. Great location, 30 minute walk into town or use the bus stop at the end of the drive for regular buses to Falmouth or Penryn. Sainsbury's 5 minute walk away and lovely food served at the sailing club across the road. No instructions for separating waste, which we found a little strange, so we carried a huge bag of recycling home with us. I imagine outdoor bins are hidden due to seagulls?! Owners did state they would take care of our rubbish, we just felt guilty leaving it in the flat! Overall, fantastic stay! Thank you.

  • "Really lovely two floor flat, spotless throughout ,and so comfortable."

    |Splendid views from the lounge and master bedroom-sunrises are spectacular over the hills, water and boatyard. The only slight problem we had were the stairs but I have a dodgy knee and a heavy suitcase.!! We wanted to stay longer.

  • "We had a wonderful week at Flat 6 helped by the beautiful Cornish weather."

    Everything was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The library, games and jigsaws were a bonus. Location was excellent for us and the view was beautiful. We would definitely stay there again.

    The personal touches added an Extra dimension to the holiday. The only minor irritant was the low water pressure, otherwise cannot fault the apartment, well equipped, comfortable and clean. Location suited us

  • "No. 6 is a fabulous holiday home."

    It was spacious, clean and comfortable and we loved the views of the harbour. The apartment had everything we needed and more. We particularly appreciated contact from the owners before we arrived, and the fresh flowers and other goodies made us feel very welcome. A particular highlight was the library of reading material in the dining room! We would definitely recommend the property and consider staying again if in the area.

  • "On arrival the property was found to be very clean and welcoming with a lovely generous cream tea and extras."

    The standard of the facilities is very high and the property is very well located for walking into the town and local beaches, it was also great to have our own parking space and if we were visiting Falmouth again we would not hesitate to rebook this great property.

  • "Flat 6 is amazing."

    It had everything we could have wished for, amazing view from the lounge overlooking the marina, large, comfy sofas in the room, a well equipped kitchen, spacious shower room, including a shaver socket to charge the toothbrushes, there was plenty of wardrobe space in the bedroom and a very comfortable bed. Falmouth is a very vibrant town, lots of lovely shops. also ideal base for exploring Cornwall.

  • "Flat 6 is a true home from home."

    Jeremy made sure we were okay, by telephone. We were surprised to find a cream tea and a bottle of cava for us, in the fridge. There are plenty of leaflets available in the flat to give us ideas about where to go. The flat is clean, the bed is comfy, and the views are stunning. Well equipped.

  • "Lovely property about 15 minute walk from Falmouth."

    Very clean, tidy and all amenities needed were included. View was amazing overlooking the harbour. Jeremy and ally met us at the flat to let us in early and introduce themselves- which was nice. Very unexpected welcome pack including milk, wine, scones with jam and cream and some biscuits which were a lovely touch and were enjoyed out on the balcony area whilst the sun was out. Easy parking space just outside the flat. Local supermarkets within walking distance. Overall had a lovely holiday at flat 6 and if we were to return to Falmouth we would stay here again:)

Pendennis Castle, built by Henry VIII, is Falmouth's most popular attraction, sited on its own peninsula with superb panoramic sea views. Across from Falmouth harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes).
