The property

Agan Paradhis is a detached contemporary bungalow situated in the lovely village of Quintrell Downs, Newquay, Cornwall, offering a light‑filled and generously arranged base for families or groups looking to explore the coast and countryside.

Designed with space and ease in mind, this single‑storey property combines stylish interiors with a convenient village location, close to both a shop and a pub, and within easy reach of the Cornish coast. Inside, the bungalow has a bright, airy feel throughout, with thoughtfully laid‑out living spaces that create social hubs for guests to enjoy.

The kitchen/diner forms the hub of the home, well equipped for home cooking and everyday dining, with double glass doors opening directly onto the enclosed rear garden.

This seamless connection between indoors and out makes the space ideal for long summer lunches and evenings spent dining alfresco in the fresh air.

A separate sitting room features a woodburning stove, creating a welcoming setting for evenings together enjoying a movie night, while the additional snug offers a quieter retreat for reading or unwinding. The accommodation comprises three king-size bedrooms, two of which benefit from en-suite walk‑in showers, basins, and WCs, with one also featuring a dressing room.

The third king-size bedroom is served by a spacious family bathroom, complete with a bath, walk‑in shower, heated towel rail, basin, and WC.

A separate utility room adds further practicality to the layout, where you can wash your sandy clothes.

Quintrell Downs offers a village shop, a couple of pubs, and a railway station with regular services to the bustling seaside towns of Par and Newquay, while Newquay itself is just a short 3.2 mile drive away, renowned for its beaches, surf, family attractions, as well as its zoo and gardens.

The South West Coast Path is within easy reach for scenic walking, and further afield you can explore Padstow’s bustling harbour, Truro’s cathedral and museums, or attractions such as the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.
