Once the car is parked, make your way to your new coastal abode.

Take in the fresh coastal air as you approach the charming stone exterior, and enter through the blue front door.

Store your gear in the courtyard dining room, then head to the kitchen and pop treats for the week in the fridge/freezer.

The kitchen is pleasing and contemporary with warm hues and wooden countertops, fire up the hob and oven, then let the chef of the group bring the kitchen to life.

Once delicious aromas fill the air, head back to the dining room and take a seat at the bench seating and let the coastal touches remind you to plan the adventures ahead.

Once plates are cleared, head to the tastefully decorated sitting room with a large white and blue striped corner sofa, nautical touches and a rustic exposed brick wall.

Flick on the Smart TV and catch up with your favourite shows with ease.

Ascend the carpeted stairs to the first-floor home to a tiled shower room to freshen up.

The first floor also has a homely double bedroom with ample storage to make you feel at home.

Ascend the stairs to the second floor to find the final bedroom, a bright twin in eaves, flooded with natural light courtesy of the Velux windows.

To save your legs from the steps, there is a bathroom tucked away in the eaves of the second floor, which has a bath to soak your muscles after days spent at the beach.

Take a stroll to the nearest beach, Trevaunance Cove, feel the sand between your feet as you tuck into an ice cream, with lots of rock pools for crabbing, and nearby pubs to ensure you are refuelled.

Pack your hiking boots or wetsuit to explore St. Agnes Heritage Coast further, offering stunning coastline and cliff views, bring your bodyboard and ride the waves, or spot nature along the coastal paths.

Families with young children will enjoy a visit to Lappa Valley, hop aboard the steam train, witness the wildlife-rich landscape that was once a mining area, get a hole in one at mini golf, or hire a pedalo and cruise around the boating lake.

Roam through the 6th-century Manor House, Trerice, admire the period furnishing, wander through the formal gardens, then enjoy some cream tea in the tea room.
