Barn Acre Cottage is ideally located for touring all of Cornwall and is close to the stunning north coast and some of the best beaches this County has to offer.

This charming semi detached cottage is set in a beautiful and tranquil location close to the pretty historic village of St Newlyn East, 5 miles from the bustling seaside resort of Newquay.

Perfect for a couple wanting to get away from it all but still be close to many attractions, Barn Acre cottage is surrounded by relaxing country views, also you can see and wave at the historic Lappa Valley steam railway train that runs through the bottom of the Barn Acre garden.

St Newlyn East village has a convenience store for everyday needs, butchers, hairdressers, post office, church.

You will also find The Pheasant Inn offering locally sourced home cooked food and a good selection of local ales.

The cottage features an open plan kitchen and dining area with a warm country lounge.

At the end of the cottage is a warm and cosy beamed bedroom guaranteed to give you a good nights sleep after a day on the beach or walking the stunning South West Coastal Path.
