  • “We had a lovely stay at 18 Ocean Heights, we thoroughly recommend!”

The property is beautifully decorated, we felt instantly at home and there was plenty of space for all of us, including a newborn baby with all the things we had to bring along for him! It's in a brilliant location to walk to Newquay Zoo, the beach and local shops/restaurants, meaning there's no need to move the car off the drive! We're looking forward to a return visit in the future!

About the property

With a selection of Newquay's finest beaches only a short walk away, this superb townhouse is set over three floors, situated in a select development just off the coastal road into the town, ideally placed for a group of friends or family to enjoy all Newquay has to offer without ever having to take the car.

Enter the stylish property and kick off your sandy shoes in the hallway before passing through to the splendid and spacious open-plan living room, featuring a well-equipped kitchen, dining and sitting areas which lead out onto the patio and garden.

Here you can relax in front of the electric fire with a glass of wine on a chilly evening as the chef of the group prepares dinner, serving up on the sociable dinner table for everyone.

Alternatively, enjoy a spot of alfresco dining outside in your very own private garden, savouring the sunshine on a summer’s afternoon.

The three stunning bedrooms are set over the remaining floors, comprising a large master double with its very own luxurious en-suite facilities on the second floor, followed by two first-floor double bedrooms, served by a gorgeous bathroom.

Approximately 100 yards level walk will take you to the sea front with stunning views over the coastline and towards Newquay harbour, your only decision now is which beach to choose - with such a fine selection, you really are spoilt for choice.

Be sure to experience the superb beach bars on Great Western, Tolcarne and Lusty Glaze, to enjoy beach life to the full, whilst a wealth of amenities are all in walking distance, including a plethora of shops, supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, and cafés at your convenience.

Explore local attractions at Newquay Zoo, Blue Reef Aquarium, Newquay Heritage Archive & Museum, the Pirate's Quest, and the exceptional Trenance Gardens, or try out a surfing lesson at Fistral Beach and if you’re lucky, you may be in town for one of the exciting surf competitions.
