"St Mary’s is in a stunning spot on the hillside above Praa with a gorgeous sea view."
The accommodation has everything you could need or want to make your holiday easy. The place has comfy beds in a quiet location meaning a great nights sleep is had. Great lounge area for those times when Cornish weather doesn’t allow you to enjoy the spacious garden. Sitting at the dining table is a joy taking in the amazing view. Hosts went above beyond helping us with poorly dog situation. Would love to visit again.
Thanks so much for your kinds words. ALL, our guests two legged or 4 gets the same care. I’m glad the meds did the trick for the journey home for you! Do come again from Charlotte and Paul.

"Very clean and comfortable accommodation."
The house has everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. The house is on the main road from Penzance to Hayle but it sits back from the road, so you are not disturbed by traffic. Garage with Spar, for essentials, just along from the house. A Co-op is a bit further along. Morrison’s, Tesco and Sainsbury’s in Penzance. I had no need to contact the owners about anything but they leave their details if you need to. Views out to sea are spectacular. Easy 10-15 minute walk down to the local beach. Easy drive to Lizard Point and Lands End, each with lovely cliff top walks to sandy coves. The Cabin at Perranuthnoe beach for breakfast is excellent. The Dolphin in Penzance and The Coach and Horses along the road from the house are excellent for food. Take a trip to the Gear Farm Pasty Co for fantastic pasties!!

"Great accomodation, as advertised, spotless and beautifully renovated."
Comfy beds, clean sheets and towels along with some basic conveniences. Secure enclosed driveway and garden for dogs. Nice little suntrap to the front and side of the property, lovely views. Good property overall for individuals with some reduced mobility, only feedback in relation to this would be that their is step access on both entrances. A ramp would have been helpful however, the lovely owners did offer mobility aids at request. Would recommend. Many Thanks Jane and Family.

"We loved our stay at St Mary’s."
It was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and had everything we could have possibly needed. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dogs and the view of the sea is beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to explore south-west Cornwall and would definitely like to return!
Thank you for your great review please do come and visit us again hopefully in better weather!

"Absolutely lovely property and location was superb."
Peaceful and in a high position, St Mary's was clean to a high standard and all modern throughout, The only downside was the instructions to get to the property where poor. When we arrived at midnight, the road had no street lights and it was terential rain, we couldn't find the property after looking for 30 mins, eventually found it with the help of a group of teenagers. You need to use app What 3 Words and enter continues.removable, globe To get to the start of the entrance/driveway

"We had a fantastic week at St Marys."
I came with my parents and my two children (5 and 13) and the cottage worked perfectly for us as a base to explore Penzance, St Ives and Falmouth.
The house has been beautifully refurbished by Charlotte and Paul with a lot of thought put into the design. Everything was spotless, comfortable and really well equipped. It felt welcoming straight away.
Charlotte was such a kind host, she even left cookies for the children which went down a treat after a day out. Those small touches made a big difference.
The location was ideal: quiet, but close enough to all the places we wanted to see. Coming back in the evenings to such a calm and cosy place was perfect.
We’d happily recommend St Marys to anyone wanting a relaxed family holiday in Cornwall.
We can’t wait to come back, thank you Charlotte and Paul!

"We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage."
The location was perfect — The beach is less than 5 minutes drive away and being able to stroll on the beach every morning with our dogs was such a treat. It’s in a great spot for exploring Cornwall, with places like the Minack Theatre, Land’s End, and St Michael’s Mount all within easy reach.
The cottage itself was spotless, really comfortable, and had everything we needed. It felt spacious yet cosy, and the fully enclosed garden was ideal for the dogs to play safely while we relaxed. We felt at home straight away. We’d happily come back again!
Thank you for the lovely review and we hope to welcome you, family and furry friends back again! From Charlotte and Paul

"We were pleasantly surprised by just how beautiful this house is."
It exceeded our expectations in every way. Thoughtfully designed and full of charm, it was simply perfect for our stay. The long driveway gave the kids plenty of safe space to play, and the soft rugs and cozy blankets made it feel extra comfortable. The location is unbeatable, overlooking Praa Sands and blessed with fresh sea air all day long. We’d happily return and wholeheartedly recommend it to others.
Thank you for your lovely review to our newly refurbished property! It’s good to know we are pleasing to our guests again in our latest venture. We do hope you come to visit us again and glad you enjoyed your holiday. Kindest regards Charlotte and Paul
