The property

Cwtch Treth (pronounced ‘cuch’) is perfectly placed in easy walking distance of the famous Fistral Beach, Newquay Harbour, Towan Beach and Newquay town centre with all its facilities including restaurants, artisan coffee shops bakeries and shops.

Whether you are looking for a holiday full of energetic activities like surfing, paddle boarding and coasteering or are wanting to get away for rest and relaxation by the coastline this stylish house is ideally placed. Accommodation spans 3 floors and is well suited to families or a group of up to three couples.

There is an allocated parking space for one car and a private garden with comfortable outdoor furniture.

Patio doors lead into the lounge which has two leather sofas, WiFi, a smart TV and DVD player.

The dining area has seating for 6 people and this leads to the modern and well equipped kitchen including oven, hob, microwave, steamer, washer/dryer and Dualit toaster.

On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms and a family bathroom.

The front bedroom has twin beds, a wardrobe space, chest of draws and dressing table and the second bedroom boasts a four poster double bed, wardrobe space, chest of draws, dressing table and desk.

The second floor is entirely given over to the master bedroom with king size bed, dressing area, separate en suite and a large balcony giving views of Fistral beach and the Duchy of Cornwall land in the distance. Apart from the stunning beaches of Newquay attractions nearby (most within walking distance) include the Gannel estuary, Crantock Sands, Newquay golf club, Trenance boating lake, Trenance stables, Newquay zoo, tennis courts inside and out, the Blue Reef aquarium, Rosa’s mini golf, the Beach Bar on Fistral, the Lighthouse cinema, the Fern Pitt café, Rick Stein’s, the harbour and many more.

If you are wanting to enjoy spa facilities days passes are available at the stunning Headland Hotel which boasts a recently purpose built spa complex.

Newquay is the home of the UK’s surf scene, boasting eleven beaches and over seven miles of golden sand, three major beaches, the National Surf Centre and an endless supply of rolling surf, making it a beachlovers and watersports paradise. The town, with its zoo, sea life centre and varied selection of restaurants and pubs, also promises a holiday to remember. For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches. The quaint harbour and fishing village of Padstow is just 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants, and cobbled streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be reached within a short drive. Picturesque St Ives and the Tate St Ives gallery is just a train ride away. In fact, because nothing in Cornwall is far from Newquay, it’s the perfect touring base.
