  • “We had a fantastic week.”

The house is beautiful and the area is perfect for a relaxing break. The photos do not do the house justice, it's very spacious for a large family. Will be looking forward to returning.

The property

This spacious holiday home is set in the small village of St Just in Roseland on the stunningly beautiful Roseland Peninsula just three miles from the picturesque harbour town of St Mawes.

With far-reaching and commanding views over Falmouth Bay and situated on a quiet private road.

You enter at the rear of the house passing through the utility room into the well-equipped kitchen and dining room which leads onto the balcony, terrace and garden.

The room has stunning hardwood flooring, with a set of white fitted units, wooden worktops and lovely white polka dot tiles.

The cosy sitting room boasts a log burner, ideal for the cooler evenings after a bracing cliff walk or gentle ramble around one of the many beautiful creeks.

There are four bedrooms here, a single on the ground floor with a WC and basin opposite and a further single, a twin and the master double with a balcony and en-suite facilities on the first floor.

The family bathroom gives you the opportunity for a good soak after a relaxing day spent on the beach.

There is private parking directly opposite.

At the front of the house, the terrace and the garden both offer alfresco dining areas.

With so many beautiful walks right from the door and the iconic creekside village church just a few minutes' walk away you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to a day out.

There are many excellent pubs in the local area, whilst St Mawes has a superb choice of restaurants and other eateries where you can dine overlooking the water before returning the peace and tranquilty of the property.
