    Warm and cosy with its own garden. Plenty of parking. Smart tv and WiFi. . Central for west Cornwall. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and always available if needed. Everything we wanted in a holiday cottage.

  • "The Stable is one of the best properties we have stayed in the last fifteen ..."

    The Stable is one of the best properties we have stayed in the last fifteen years The property was clean and well equipped The seating was comfortable the bed was comfortable and the shower maintained it’s temperature and pressure consistently The separate enclosed garden was great for the dogs The Packet Inn was great for food and drinks at a good price We had great holiday and we will be returning soon

  • "A very nice cottage in a tranquil area."

    Lots of easy parking. Good Starlink WiFi with speeds of 60 Mbps up and down. A very comfortable bed and a superb kitchen. Lovely walk-in shower. Even electric reclining armchairs. We fed the donkeys every day with carrots and checked in on the tortoise. There was an owl in the adjacent tree some nights. So, a very nice country setting.

  • "The property was very comfortable and well equipped ."

    It was well maintained and very clean. There was plenty of room for two people and convenient parking right outside. The owners were friendly and very responsive. It was quiet and peaceful and we had a very relaxing stay. We enjoyed watching the free ranging chickens which added to the relaxed feeling.

  • "We stayed for two weeks in June and had a lovely stay, Rob and Bek came and introduced themselves when we arrived and asked if everything was OK and if we required anything to let them know."

    The location was nice and quite, there was a Co-op, pub and chip shop just up the road. If you don't want to use your car there is a bus stop up the top of the lane for Penzance or Helston.

Porthleven 6 miles; Penzance 6.5 miles.

Located inland between Penzance and Praa Sands, Rosudgeon is a small, semirural village set close to the coast of this charming corner of Cornwall. Situated one mile from the popular South West Coast Path, Rosudgeon is an ideal base for surfers, families, walkers, beach lovers, and those wishing to uncover the wealth of Cornwall's historic and artistic heritage. Rosudgeon has a convenient Co-Op, pub and fish and chip shop.
Just two miles away is the beautiful St Michael’s Mount, standing proud in the bay. Nearby Penzance is known as the gateway to some of the most spectacular scenery that West Cornwall has to offer, including the famous Minack Theatre, Land's End and sea and air links to the Isles of Scilly.
