“Under the covid restrictions we felt safe but it would help if you could contract your clients informing them they may find it difficult booking a restaurant in St.”

ives itself. We managed to book some in the outer areas a few weeks before our holidays. Luckily as we had a car space so were able to travel.

The South West Coast Path is a walker’s paradise, it circles Cornwall’s coastline, and you can join it just a few steps from the apartment, locally it heads towards Zenor in one direction and the Hayle Estuary and Carbis Bay Beach in the other, like the scenic railway, which follows a similar stunning coastline journey with breath-taking views all the way. Carbis Bay Beach is a spectacular stretch of golden sand, with award winning, Blue Flag status, crystal clear waters, this secluded bay is lifeguarded at peak times, so ideal for experiencing the water sports on offer.

Watching the sun set over St Ives is hard to match but with St Michaels Mount, near Penzance in the background its truly majestic and well worth a visit, just like a romantic night out at the open air theatre, near Lands End, The Minack is dramatically cut out of the edge of a Cornish cliffside, venture into the tropics of the rainforest at the Eden Project, near St Austell, or trace the filming locations for the BBC TV series Poldark or Doc Martin both filmed in Cornwall, the little ones will love the animals at Newquay Zoo or Paradise Park, near Hayle. About the location

ST IVES

Penzance 6 miles.

One of Cornwall's prettiest harbour towns, St Ives offers narrow streets, tight-packed cottages nestling around the quayside, the Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth museum, fabulous beaches, superb shops, a thriving community of artists, great pubs and restaurants and much more. With its semi Bohemian lifestyle and romantic air, it's easy to see why this is the county's premier holiday resort. The surrounding area has much for the visitor to see and do with abundant wildlife, fabulous coastal walks, top quality surfing and the Celtic mysteries of the Land's End Peninsula are all within easy reach. A superb destination!
