    Very clean and comfortable set in a great location. Swimming pool on site is brilliant , although shame the restaurant isn't up and running although this is obviously not in owners control . Love the secure fenced in area so the dog can chill on patio area . We will return .

    Really clean and comfy and love enclosed area out back which means can have doors open and dog snoozing outside safely . We’ve been coming to Una for years first time in no 70 and definitely the best we’ve stayed in .we will be back which says it all .

    We've stayed in 5 other properties, and this one beats them all! Love, love, love the enclosure for dogs/children. Very cosy lodge with everything you could need. Swimming pools are great and an added bonus. We will definitely return to No. 70.

    Fantastic location, loads to do. - kids loved the pool, the dog would have joined them given the chance. The chocolate cake and fudge were a great hit in the cafe.     So peaceful & central for stunning walks & drives. The joy for me, was the outside pool to swim in early mornings, the Spa resort is beautiful. The Owner of the Lodge, ought to feel proud of their Lodge. We also had lots of contact with Alfred - Housekeeping, he was great for checking we had everything or if we needed contact 24 hours, most impressive. Sadly we had to cut our break short, as I tripped on the way out of St Ives on our walk, but genuinely would love to come back again sometime. Many thanks Lili & Chris

  • "What a perfect week we have had here!"

    This is actually our second time staying in this lodge, and it is even more comfortable and homely than it was a few years ago! It is the perfect size for us and two children. We had access to everything we could have needed and more! We love the spa access and look forward to the restaurant re-opening the next time we come. What a beautiful touch to arrive to a cream tea! Yum! Great access to the train station and beach from here. It is definitely a firm favourite of ours to be here and will definitely be staying in lodge 70 again! Thank you for your hospitality here!

Una, Lodge 70 is a lovely, single-storey lodge situated near a beach in Una Resorts St Ives, Cornwall.

This property boasts a woodburning stove, open-plan living space, and Smart TV – with off-road parking available for two vehicles, Una, Lodge 70 is well-suited to a family or group of friends on a seaside getaway in Cornwall.

Stroll from the beach to your new haven and wash off any stubborn sand that has followed you home in an en-suite shower room or en-suite bathroom, while the washer/dryer prepares tomorrow’s swimming costumes.

Glide into the open-plan living space upon hardwood floors to whip up a scrumptious supper in the kitchen area, equipped with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, and freezer.

Dig in at a dining table for four or enjoy alfresco at the outdoor furniture on the deck, before loading the plates into the dishwasher.

Curl up on the sofa, toasty by a woodburning stove, with an evening film on the Smart TV.

St Ives 2 miles ; Hayle 3.5 miles ; Penzance 8.5 miles.

Just a short drive from iconic St Ives, the seaside village of Carbis Bay is best-known for its beautiful stretch of pure white sand. With turquoise waters and sheltered conditions, the beach feels almost subtropical and is the perfect spot for a good old-fashioned day by the sea. The beach is also home to the Ocean Sports Centre, so if sunbathing is not really your thing, why not hire a kayak or SUP and get out on the water instead. Or why not treat yourself to a Spa day at the delightful hotel which overlooks the beach and has a fabulous terrace where cocktails can be enjoyed in the Cornish sunshine? Carbis Bay has a small range of local shops and restaurants as well as a fish & chip takeaway and railway branch line. The train journey from Carbis Bay into St Ives is perhaps one of the most beautiful in the country; St Ives additionally makes for a great day out, with plenty of galleries to explore. The quayside town of Hayle also isn't far and is home to activities for the all the family, including a golf and a wildlife sanctuary. The Godrevy Nature Reserve and Penwith Heritage Coast are also within easy reach from Carbis Bay, providing outdoors and watersports plans with even more activities to partake in, including coasteering and birdwatching. Carbis Bay is truly a wonderful holiday location for those wanting to experience Cornwall's breathtaking coastline.

All bed requests must be made no later than 7 days before your arrival day. Any requests made after this date will be subject to enquiry and will incur additional housekeeping costs.

Please note, all lodges are privately owned and are available to book with confidence, despite Kingfisher Una Resort Ltd (where Una, Lodge 70 is located) being in administration. The Leisure Club is owned by a separate company which isn’t under administration, the swimming pools (outdoor lido pool is currently closed for the winter), sauna, steam room and gym, are available for complimentary use by guests. We invite you to reach out to us with any questions, a member of the team will be more than happy to assist.
