The Bungalow is an annex set within the quiet hamlet of Trelowth, close to the village of Sticker in Cornwall.

Suited to couples looking for a restful break, it provides a straightforward and comfortable base for exploring the surrounding countryside and coastline, with plenty to see and do across this popular part of the county.

Step into the kitchen, fitted with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer and utility with washing machine, giving you everything required for preparing simple lunches or relaxed evening meals.

The separate sitting room offers a two-seater sofa and the comfort of two riser recliner chairs, and a gas log-effect fire and TV with DVD player, making it a pleasant spot to settle in after a day spent out and about.

From here, move through to the dining room, which also features a TV, and VHS tape player, creating an alternative space to sit and unwind.

All accommodation is arranged on one level, comprising a king-size bedroom and a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC.

An external boot room adds useful storage for coats and walking shoes after time exploring nearby footpaths and beaches.

Outside, a private patio with outdoor furniture provides space for dining in the open air, or the option of the Summer house with seating, for enjoying a quiet drink in the Cornish sunshine.

Central heating, bed linen, towels, fuel and power are all included, allowing for a straightforward stay.

Sticker offers a village shop and a welcoming pub, as also Polgooth, with a village shop, while nearby St Austell has a wider selection of supermarkets, cafés and attractions, including the well-known Eden Project and the historic harbour at Charlestown.

The fishing village of Mevagissey and the sailing town of Fowey are both within easy reach, offering independent shops and waterfront walks.

For beach days, Carlyon Bay, Porthpean and Pentewan beaches are close by, and the South West Coast Path provides scenic routes along this stretch of shoreline.

The Bungalow makes a well-situated base for discovering Cornwall’s beaches, gardens and characterful towns.

With its history rooted firmly in tin mining, the village of Polgooth is now a quiet settlement on the outskirts of St Austell, frequented by visitors enjoying the area's outstanding countryside.
