  • "We had a brilliant stay at Trenance studio."

The studio although small had what we needed for our week's stay. We found it light, airy, clean and comfortable. The issues people had mentioned in previous reviews had been addressed and there was wifi. The area was relatively quiet being on a residential road. The property is a short walk to the town, beach and Trenance park. We would definitely book this property again.

  • "We had a lovely stay at Trenance Cottage."

It’s a smaller place but it is exactly what we needed. It is only a short walk into town where there are plenty of places to eat, shop and have a drink. There are beautiful beaches right on the doorstep with other beaches only a short drive away. Newquay is simply beautiful and the locality of the apartment made it so we could have a proper experience. I really couldn’t recommend this place enough - thank you for a great stay!

  • "The studio was very small but modern."

Cooking facilities were good, but the main problem was not having anywhere to eat - a small coffee table would make a massive improvement. If the weather had been OK we would have eaten outside on the patio furniture. The shower was very good.

  • "We’ve just returned from our 7 day stay, on entering the property we found it to be clean and bright, kitchen was adequately equipped for a studio, bed was very comfortable, 2 seater settee was a little bit uncomfortable but we managed ok."

Ideal position to get to shops and beach so would recommend this property.

  • "The accommodation is certainly smaller than advertised however it met my needs."

I feel more blackout blinds in both the bedroom and ceiling lightbox feature, as well as better ventilation and cooling would lead to more comfortable evening and mornings.

  • "The property was nice, clean & tidy, and I enjoyed my stay."

I’d recommend providing more than one roll of toilet paper since guests must book a minimum of 7 nights stay. The lack of wifi was a bit unexpected - I had to hotspot from my phone to work. I hadn’t specifically checked the listing for wifi as assumed that is a given these days. But I enjoyed my stay and the views were lovely. Thank you

  • "We had a lovely stay at the studio, everything you needed was there, even a pint of milk, and a couple of sachets of tea, coffee and sugar, for your arrival incase you’d forgotten your own Thank you , it was absolutely spotless, lovely and very clean."

The bed is sooo comfortable we slept brilliantly. The Sofa is very low to the floor, we really did struggled getting up and down from it as we both have bad back problems, it would’ve helped us alot if the puffee was there in the studio as it shows it is in the photos ( this was the only thing negative to say) Apart from that we really enjoyed our stay. The decked balcony was beautiful to sit outside and relax, it was so peaceful, listening to the birds chirping away, it’s a great sun trap with it being high up and very private which we loved. We do highly recommend that you take your eye masks.

Lovely well presented appartment Good location But could do with black out blinds on windows, doors and skylite as by 4am it was day light and the rays of sunshine woke us even with eye masks on One suggestion would be if TV was mounted on the wall you could put a folding table bellow to dine from as weather wasn't good enough to eat alfresco on outdoor patio set

  • "A clean and well presented holiday let."

10 minutes walk to the front. Laura and her partner were friendly and helpful, even lending us a couple of umbrellas (which they didn't have to do). No ironing facilities (didn't bother us), but I'm sure if you asked Laura she would sort you out. Would recommend for a couple needing a break with a nice comfortable base.

Trenance Studio is a modern and very well presented studio a short walk from the centre of Newquay. The studio is compact but has everything that you need including an outside sunny seating area. Laura, the host, was very friendly and helpful, dealing with any queries very quickly.
