Beautiful views, and lovely hearing and seeing the sheep. The owners are friendly and helpful, but not at all intrusive. Cream tea on arrival was such a welcome,as was the birthday card and flowers later in the week. Plenty of space for myself,my husband, teenage daughter and our little dog. Lovely walks, and so much to do. Beautiful beaches just a 15min drive away. The Old Byre is definitely a 5 star option. Cannot recommend highly enough. Reviewed by AndrewJun 2022 "This was a lovely home from home, everything we could possibly need in beautiful surroundings on a working farm." The owners made us very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them when we mentioned a small problem with the door out onto the garden in the one bedroom. They are rightly proud of their farm and happily introduced us to their farm animals. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing break with plenty of walking routes directly from the farm. Reviewed by IreneJun 2022 "Everything was perfect." They were even kind enough to leave us with some delicious scones and local clotted cream with jam, and also some milk in the fridge, which was a lovely gesture and very much appreciated!
