  • "Beautiful home, had everything we needed, due to the hot weather fans had been placed in each bedroom which was very welcome."

    The only downside is you could only book one session in the pool a day yet on some days there was hardly anyone in it, I would of loved to sunbath on the loungers as we had great weather

  • "We loved this cottage and the site."

    It had everything we needed for 2 young children which meant we didn't need to pack extra things like a highchair or travel cot. The pool was lovely and clean. The playground had bits suitable for both my 5 year old and 1 year old and they loved playing there. Everything in the house was really clean and we all said it was probably the best stocked kitchen we have come across. Everyone was really friendly and when we needed a new drying rail it was solved within 5 minutes. Would thoroughly recommend staying at Ranch Cottage, you won't regret it!

    The cottage is set on a Beautiful park, lots of green space, a friendly clubhouse. The cottage had everything we needed. It was the perfect base for our weekend visiting family in the area. Would definitely return.

    A good setting, near a village but it felt quiet. A decent supermarket nearby. It is good to have a tv in each bedroom as well as in the lounge. Everything in the house worked. A very well equipped kitchen.

  • "The cottage was perfect for our group of 2 adults and 4 children aged 5,7,9 &15."

    The cottage has everything that you need, spotlessly clean and very well presented. Wifi was excellent. The patio and the side garden were ideal for the smaller children to play. The site is clean and very well maintained. We used the play area and pool a number of times. There is a site shop and also a CO-OP and a bakery just across the road from the site entrance. It was our first time visiting the Cotswolds, the location of is ideal. Highly recommend.

  • "Absolutely loved the cottage."

    First time we've been and won't be the last. The cottage itself was beautiful and in its own little area, although there is private caravans nearby. The site was lovely and clean, you could see it was a well looked after. So hot upstairs so we appreciated the fans, that I can see came from some feedback, so that was nice to know they listen. An ice cream scoop would be a thing we suggest, that in your lovely kitchen it doesn't have one. The reception staff was lovely. We tried the club for a meal, that was excellent, had ham, egg and chips and pizza, both were very good, but oh dear the puddings were very bad! A crumble which was just poor, and a sticky toffee pudding and custard, which was uneatable, very hard and overcooked. You couldn't even get the spoon through it. Local co op just out of the site entrance. I would recommend this cottage to all.(not too many though so its booked when we want to go next).

  • "The cottage was beautiful and well equipped."

    Such a lovely location and easily accessible to local amenities and attractions. We had an absolutely amazing time and were blessed with the weather. The site had everything we needed, The only downside was, with it being open plan my young grandchildren has access to everything. Whilst the space was great, they obviously were exploring. The cottage is equipped for young children with a travel cot, bed rail high chair etc, and is obviously geared towards families stopping with younger members. However, it was lacking safety features such as cupboard locks in the kitchen, stair gates on easily accessible stairs and plug covers. These could easily be added and not in a way it would be aesthetically unappealing. Retractable stair gates could be added, safety locks to kitchen cupboards and drawers and socket covers as all sockets are just toddler height. This is the only reason I have not given it 5 stars. I would recommend Ranch cottage to others, but perhaps not to people with toddlers who have inquisitive minds and want to explore

    Although on a caravan park the the surroundings were lovely and peaceful, the site was maintained to first class standards not a blade of grass out of place

  • "We had a great time at the cottage would definitely recommend this house."

    The step into the property was quite high as my mother and friends sister had trouble as they are both have a disability so I would recommend another step to help or a ramp. But apart from that it was a lovely stay. Thank you

  • "This is a beautiful property, it was clean, spacious and was fully equipped."

    There is a co-op at the end of the drive and a lovely pub within a 20 minute walk. It is also only a 15 minute drive away from Chipping Camden which is a stunning village and a must if you haven’t been. We had a wonderful long weekend and would definitely return.

  • "Oh what a lovely cottage."

    We so enjoyed our stay. Spotlessly clean and comfortable loved all the snuggly blankets, Snow white fluffy towels, rainfall shower. TVs all great quality. Lounge and large TV great for family night in. Fully kitted kitchen only thing missing was a potato masher (trust us to want one). The large table and comfy dining chair make it the hub of the family sit downs. The welcome basket was such a lovely touch and high quality treats which started the self catering off in style. Good utility wash room with washer and dryer meant coming home without any holiday washing ‘yay’ The Ranch camp site also spotless and beautifully kept areas well maintained. Staff in the shop so lovely, pleasant and helpful. Only one meal in the ranch restaurant was good but would be nice to see something a bit more healthy on the menu. Honeybourne a great central point for all the Cotswolds. I would most certainly visit Ranch Cottages again and would also use Sykes Cottages again Thank you

  • "This property was perfect and we all wished we'd booked for a longer stay."

    The welcome hamper with local produce was an extra special, unexpected treat when we arrived. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed for a self-catering stay. The rooms were a great size with plenty of storage for our belongings. The site itself was well cared for and spotless. There was so much space for the kids (teens) to run around and play football. The pool area was clean and not over crowded thanks to the online booking system. There were plenty of places to visit which were within a 5-30 minute drive from the property so acted as a great base for us to explore the Cotswolds. We were really lucky with the weather so didn't spend much time inside but the cottage was equipped with board games and digital tv's for wetter days. The clubhouse staff were friendly and helpful. It looked as though they had entertainment on most Friday's and Saturdays throughout the Summer Season. If I was going to suggest any improvements it would be to supply some fans for inside the cottage. The property is so well insulated that it was very warm during the nights (even with the windows open!). All in all we all had a great time here and would definitely book this property again.

  • "Absolutely amazing property."

    All the added extras like side bumper for the bed and high chair for our little one was fantastic. Well maintained! loved the extra details like hand soap in each bathroom, a welcome hamper and dishwasher tablets provided. These extra touches really take a property to the next level! All the facilities on site are an added bonus. Will recommend to friends and family! Thanks again!

Ranch Cottage is a lovely retreat on a charming holiday park near the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the picturesque village of Honeybourne, Worcestershire.

With off-road parking for three cars and on-site facilities, this delightful home is perfect for families or friends seeking a serene countryside escape.

Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by a spacious kitchen/diner, fully equipped to cater to all your culinary needs throughout your stay, with sleek worktops and a dining table to enjoy your meals around as a family.

Adjacent to this, you will find a handy utility room housing a washing machine and tumble dryer, perfect for those longer stays.

Continue through to the inviting sitting room, where you can unwind on the plush seating in front of the Smart TV, with the added warmth of an electric fire for those chillier evenings.

When it's time to retire for the evening, choose from one of the three beautifully-presented bedrooms.

The first is a double room boasting a private balcony, Smart TV, and stunning views over the site, complete with an en-suite featuring a walk-in shower and a toasty heated towel rail.

Honeybourne is a lovely rural village in the Cotswolds, beautifully positioned to access the famous villages of Broadway and Chipping Campden, Moreton-in-Marsh, Evesham and many others. For those wanting to catch up on a bit of theatrical culture there is Stratford upon Avon which hosts the famous Shakespeare Theatre and several Shakespearian buildings, shops, restaurants and the lovely river with its colourful canal boats. Oxford, Stratford upon Avon and Warwick are also within an easy commute of 40 minutes. Honeybourne is one of the few villages with its own train station and a direct line to London. Within the village there is a local convenience store, Post Office ,fish and chip shop, two pubs (one is a 13th century thatchd tavern) both serving good food and a Chinese takeaway. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants within a 5/10 minute drive in neighbouring villages including the famous "Fleece Inn" at Bretforton, a National Trust medieval pub famous for its Morris dancing, folk music and rural/food festivals. For those with younger children there is the "All ThingsWild" centre to go and enjoy a host of activities centres on animals and nature. Cyclists and walkers are spoilt with a range of beautiful walks and cycle routes starting in the village and there is horseriding available at various locations within a 20 minute drive.
