  • "We loved staying in apartment 7 Coram Tower."

The rooms were comfortable. The view of the sea was delightful. The harbour, beach and town centre were short but steep walks. I would recommend this holiday to anyone who doesn't mind stairs and steep walks.

  • "The property was clean and well equipped."

It was in a good location and the parking was a bonus. We enjoyed our stay in Lyme Regis.

  • "Great place to stay, perfect for 2 & free parking."

Have been staying in Lyme for over 43 years. Large bath towels would be very much appreciated.... we shall return.

Thanks for the feedback and for loving Lyme! Property Owner

  • "It was very sunny during our stay so it would have helped if the blinds had been down when we arrived to keep the room cool."

Additionally a blind in the kitchen would have helped the heat situation as the sun shines in there for most of the day. I would have liked a second light in the living room. There was a lot of stuff stored in the wardrobe which meant its use was restricted but I can see there is little room to store stuff in the flat. Although I have made these comments the flat was great and had everything we needed was there. The welcome pack was lovely, the fudge, biscuits and flapjacks were delicious.

Thank you so much for your useful feedback. We have now provided a second lamp in the living room and have removed some of the items that were stored in the wardrobe. Property Owner

  • "The appartment is bright clean and welcoming."

The shared entrance hall and staircases are also clean and tidy and create a good first impression. The building is in a good location and we really appreciated the allocated parking space. The garden area is well maintained and we did sit there on the bench. The outside light by the main front door is not working and that should be fixed as the evenings get darker in autumn. Thank you again Lyme Bay Holidays for a lovely seaside stay - I think we have come back to Lyme 6 times now!

  • "Lovely appartment."

Very well equipped. The welcome pack was very good and much appreciated. The information folder was very good too. We found the walks part very helpful. Would definately stay here again.

  • "Loved the apartment generally, larger than it appeared on the photos."

Our only criticisms are the sofa isn't very comfortable, there's not much hanging space for clothes and the lights in the lounge are either too bright or not bright enough. Another standard lamp would help.

Thanks so much for your useful feedback. To let you know we have acted on this. We have replaced the sofa, added a second lamp in the living room and created more space in the wardrobe. We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay. Property Owner

  • "A compact apartment that met our needs (i."

    E. clean, comfortable bed, very small kitchen that was adequate for making breakfast and a sandwich) being on the second floor the view was somewhat restricted by large trees and the side of the building and that was a minor disappointment. The dishwasher needs salt so we didn’t use it. The charge we paid was discounted, had it not been we would have felt it was expensive for what it was.

  • "A comfortable and convenient base in a characterful building from which to explore the town."

If I was being critical I would say that the kitchen, although very well equipped is a bit tight and the TV is a bit small. The bed is low and has a memory foam mattress which may not be to everyone’s liking. It is a steep climb on foot from the harbour so not one for the less able but Lyme Regis is a very appealing destination and we had a really enjoyable holiday.

  • "The cooker switch was difficult to turn off."

The place was warm, clean and the location was perfect. Do need a sign for the parking as you have to drive up and around the bend, into someone's actual drive. But will definitely come back and stay in the same place.

Great location, lovely old building, lots to do in the area and the goody bag was very welcome!

  • "The apartment although small was very well equipped and laid out."

The only things I would add is a foot stool for whoever is sitting in the armchair so you could put your feet up after a long walk on the beach and maybe a couple of throws to make the sofa/armchair a bit more comfortable (leather furniture can be a bit sticky). Otherwise, a lovely stay in a perfect little apartment in a great seaside town.

  • "Shower is not brilliant, sofa is tired, window dressing is stark, furnishings felt basic and sparse, very limited cleaning products left in kitchen, we bought microfibre cloths in local Tesco, no food waste bags provided."

Welcome hamper was great. Kitchen though small is well appointed. It’s really not a lot of work needed to make it so much better.

Thanks for your useful feedback. We have now replaced the shower and the sofa. Property Owner

  • "Lovely clean apartment."

Perfect for the two of us. The parking space was a real advantage in Lyme Regis. The blind in the bedroom does not cover the window well enough to block out the light so we were awake at 4am! We booked the apartment as it had a garden but the large tree blocks any sun so we were unable to sit out and take advantage of the fantastic weather. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as there are quite a few steps up to the apartment.

Thank you so much for leaving feedback, We have now replaced the blinds to make sure the light is blocked out at night, I'm sorry if you had difficulties with access to the property, this is a 2nd floor apartment however I hope this did not ruin your stay. Kind Regards Property Owner
