  • "The apartment was not sound proofed."

You could hear the people upstairs?

  • "The flat itself was comfortable enough with all equipment provided for a self catering holiday."

It is very close to a train line with trains passing frequently even after midnight. We felt like we were in the middle of a building site as work is being carried out to the adjoining hotel. Workmen were constantly walking past our lounge window. They even parked a huge lorry right outside our window. We asked at reception for a couple of extra pillows. The receptionist said she’d speak to housekeeping. We never heard back from them and didn’t get extra pillows. With all the building work going on at the moment, I don’t feel that this flat should have been let to us. Very disappointing.

  • "For the price this accomodation was perfect for our needs, Dog friendly, located close to amenities and arterial roads, the actual appartment was a little tired, but the bed was comfortable and the kitchen area adequately equipped."

The bathroom would benefit from a refresh but overall we were happy with our stay and would stay again if the price was the same.
