  • "The lodge is lovely, very clean and everything seems fairly new."

I had a problem with the TV and the owner came round the following day and sorted it out which was great. I was worried about how noisy the road would be but actually I got used to it and it wasn’t an issue. Overall great location and nice Park. However! The Park maintenance team were building something in front of Cody Lodge and started work every morning at 8am until around 4pm. They parked outside the lodge, they had deliveries of boulders dropped off in front of the lodge, they blocked my car in with their vans and the noise was terrible.

Hi Sara. Thank you for your review, very pleased the lodge was to your liking. Sorry about the maintenance works causing a problem we weren’t notified about the works being done, I hope it didn’t spoil you holiday to much and look forward to seeing you back at the lodge in the future. Kind regards Steve Baldwin Property Owner

  • "We stop at Cody Lodge in Sept 2025."

On arrival the lodge was clean and well presented. Lovely touch finding fresh milk in the fridge, dish washer tablets and coffee pods. Beds linen was clean and crisp and towel looked brand new. Comfortable beds. The garden area was an absolute gem. The dogs loved it. Pub was 2 mins away. Pizza/burger offering and very friendly staff. Pros: coffee machine, dish washer, fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, bath Cons. think an anti slip mat in the bath would be a good idea. We will be booking again !! See you soon

Hi Mrs Rowley Thank you so much for your review on your stay at Cody lodge, we take on board about the need for anti slip mat and thank you for the suggestion we will get one. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to you staying again Kind regards Steve and Veronica Baldwin ( lodge owners) Property Owner
