The first is a lovely king-size room with its own en-suite, offering added privacy and convenience.

The second is a spacious family room featuring a super king-size bed, which can be made into twins on request, alongside an additional single bed - ideal for families or mixed groups.

The third bedroom, a single, is located on the ground floor and sits next to the ground-floor shower room, which is fitted with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin and WC.

Completing the layout is a generous family bathroom on the first floor, featuring both a bath and a walk-in shower. Outside, guests can enjoy an enclosed lawn with outdoor seating and a bench - perfect for relaxing with a drink while watching the sun set over the surrounding fields.

There is also access to a spacious field of over an acre, offering plenty of room to unwind, enjoy the countryside views or simply soak up the peaceful setting.

GREAT TORRINGTON

Bideford 7 miles; Westward Ho! 10 miles.

Great Torrington is an unspoilt town built on high ground above the River Torridge, and is a fifteen-minute drive from the spectacular North Devon coast at Westward Ho!. A leading tourist attraction is Dartington Crystal where visitors can see craftsmen blowing and shaping glass, follow the history of glassmaking and buy some beautiful pieces. The town has a good selection of individual shops, a friendly atmosphere, and some good inns. About a mile from Great Torrington is the spectacular RHS garden at Rosemoor, splendid with colourful roses in summer and in a breathtaking setting by the River Torridge. There are many villages to visit on the North Devon coast including picturesque Clovelly built on a steep hillside above the sea, Westward Ho! with fabulous sandy beaches and Hartland village with narrow streets, village square and Hartland Point with breathtaking sea and coastal views. Great Torrington is a quiet, convenient base from which to explore North Devon, the Tarka Trail and the rolling Devon landscapes.
