24 The Salcombe’s fabulous facilities include a shared outdoor swimming pool and allocated parking, a rarity in this bustling town, together with its own pontoon mooring, bistro restaurant and fully equipped laundry room.

Communal facilities include an elegant reception, ladies and gents’ washrooms and a further shower room off the entrance to the garden/swimming pool area, all making the perfect setting for an exclusive waterside retreat.

Entering the apartment, you will not only be impressed with the fabulous design of the stylish interior, including the fully equipped kitchen, but the harbour views visible from every window are truly spectacular.

Dining in 24 The Salcombe is another wonderful experience, as you can open the French doors to breathe in the sea air before heading downstairs to enjoy a stroll in the luscious subtropical gardens as the sun sets over the harbour.

During the day head to Salcombe Maritime Museum or soak up the sun by spending the day at Salcombe’s North or South Sands, no trip to the coast would be complete without ice cream or experiencing local produce at the Crab Shed.
