"Firstly the outside lights wasn't working correctly then for the other 3 nights wouldn't even turn on which didn't give us much light in the hot tub."

On Monday the alarm that was detecting gas starting going off as we were about to leave to go for food we was unable to contact yourself as we had no welcome pack/book so contacted sykes direct who never informed us of an outcome. We returned to find the detector had just been removed from the property with no information to say why it was alarming which worried us slightly to be staying in the lodge with a potential gas leak. Also on the listing it said there is a log fire in the property with a starter pack of wood and lighters, we arrived to find there wasn't which was a little disappointing. One other little thing is I'd state on the listing is there is absolutely no provision for hand wash, washing up liquid/tablets just so people know to bring.
