The property

123 Elms is a neat caravan nestled between Dartmoor National Park and East Devon National Landscape, on the outskirts of Exmouth, in Devon.

This coastal abode features an open-plan layout, an electric fire, and proximity to the beach and amenities, making it a lovely base for families seeking a coastal escape.

Park the car and make your way to your new coastal abode.

Upon entering, you will be met with a spacious and bright open-plan living area consisting of a kitchen, dining area and sitting area.

Pop on the kettle to make a cuppa, fuelling you for the day ahead, the kitchen is equipped with an oven and gas hob to help you whip up a hearty homemade meal and a kettle and a toaster for a quick bite.

Gather on the built-in corner sofa, or pull out a bench-style seating, to dine at the dining table as you tuck in, and map out the adventures ahead.

After the dessert is digested, warm up by the electric fire in the sitting area and unwind on the spacious built-in seating, as you decide on a film to take you into the evening.

As the day draws to a close, freshen up in the shower room to rinse away the sea salt from your skin, then choose from a double bedroom or twin room to rest and rejuvenate for the night.

Pack your sun cream or squeeze into your wetsuit and take a stroll down to Sandy Bay Beach Blue Flag Winner 2019.

Stretch your legs as you admire the views across the channel with a clifftop stroll, adventurers can try a spot of windsurfing, or families with little ones may explore the rock pools.

Uncover the charm within Powderham Castle, admire the 14th-century antiques and tapestries, roam through the walled garden with roses, and you may spot a deer rambling through the grounds.

Marvel at the architecture of Exeter Cathedral, with intricate carvings in the vaulted ceilings, this place is full of history, linking back to Saxon times.

Build memory and sandcastles exploring the coast of Devon from 123 Elms.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £200.
