"The house was just what we needed."
The games room was great for the young ones. The rooms were comfy and spacious.
Only slight drawback was the boiler kept loosing pressure, so we had unreliable heating and hot water. I watched some videos online to pressurise it, called the number in the guide to get it fixed, they came next day. This didn't however seem to fix the problem. I could have called again, but I didn't as it was manageable with the temporary fix I had found online. Might be something you want to investigate however.
There was also a small water leak from the roof into the kitchen. Sorry I didn't report this I was busy enjoying my holiday.
Another minor point, you may like to upgrade the frying pans. The nonstick is damaged and is not sustainable due to PFAS content.
Despite the minor inconveniences listed above, I would recommend this property the location was fantastic, the short walk into town was lovely following along the river Lim.
Thank you for your feedback. Very happy to see you enjoyed your stay and we appreciate you raising the points that needed actioning. We can confirm these issues are in hand and being sorted. Many thanks again and hope to welcome you back to Dorset soon. The Lyme Bay Team.

"We had a wonderful stay at this holiday property in Lyme Regis."
The location is excellent to walk into the town within a few minutes and having parking was a real bonus. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog, giving us peace of mind. The house was very comfortable, with a great range of utensils in the kitchen for cooking meals easily. The beds were comfy, and the bedrooms were a fantastic size. We would happily stay here again!
Thank you for your lovely feedback - glad you had a great time

"Perfect quiet location, peaceful walk along the river into the centre."
Very warm and inviting house, with a great garden and outside seating area. Would have given 5* for comfort; however, the mattresses could be better. Quite firm and creaky, but still reasonable, and it's down to personal preference.

"We had a wonderful week."
The property was clean and perfect for us. Having a garden and parking for two large cars was a great bonus. Our grandsons aged four and seven loved the games room. All in all I would recommend Studley Gardens. We are hoping to go back next year

"Lovely cottage, very clean."
Plenty of room for 2 couples (2 king size beds). Could even make a third if needed.
Close to Lyme, 15minute walk from town and all the facilities.
We had a problem with the cooker but it was solved really quickly- thanks to the maintenance guy.
Just missing some washing up liquid (it has a dishwasher but always useful) and a bath mat- maybe an oversight (?) but otherwise very well stocked.
Thanks for a lovely week.

"We had a great stay here."
The property was clean and had everything we needed including lots of child friendly games and puzzles for a rainy day. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped even down to the provision of dishwasher tablets! A very easy walk into the centre of Lyme Regis too. A very enjoyable stay.

"We couldn’t see information that there was a high chair at house."
We brought ours which wasn’t needed and troublesome packing in car. As it’s advertised as family friendly we think also think there should be a travel cot included. Otherwise great holiday.
Thanks for your feedback. We have now put a travel cot in the house. Glad you had a good time in Lyme Regis

"Absolutely loved it the best accommodation we've had."
With little ones the only thing I would say is for a moveable stair gate at top/bottom. A bath mat,(brought my own) and shower mat.
Would love to return, and will highly recommend it to others.
Lovely safe garden for our grandchildren and the dog.
Great having parking spaces. Quiet location and great stroll along to town via the river walk.
Thanks for your lovely feedback. I will buy mats for the bath and shower - good idea!

"We spent a lovely week here in May."
The house has a very good location and off road parking available, it is very comfortable and for those who are also taking their 4 legged friends there is a safe enclosed back garden.
It is only a short 10-15 minute walk to the sea front along the river Lim, and a 30 minute walk to Uplyme in the opposite direction. There are many places to eat out and all are dog friendly, plus a chip shop just round the corner.
As well as coastal paths to walk, there are plenty of other pretty villages/towns to visit close by, Charmouth and Seaton with the trams to ride to Colyford through the nature reserve.
We only gave 4 stars as there were one or two things which needed addressing - the WIFI information was completely out of date, there was no where for a hand towel in the down stairs loo, the bathroom window couldn't be opened and the heating did not work in the lounge area.
Having said that, it would not stop us going back and staying there again.
Thank you for your feedback and your comments. I will make sure we address them.
