  • "Overall we were fairly disappointed with the accommodation we booked."

    It was listed as "new" and from the photos it looked like it was recently refurbished. A week before our holiday we saw the first review on the property and had our concerns. After several attempts to try and contact the company I was eventually contacted directly to be informed that the TV and internet would not be in operation but I was assured that they other items mentioned in the previous occupants review would be addressed. Upon arrival, accessing the keys and entering the property was fairly smooth. There is no parking and there no pointers of where to park (which would have been helpful).

  • "In principle the property was fine and conveniently located."

    The devil is in the details: coffee machine was seriously molded, tv didn’t work, internet didn’t work, there was a murky smell in the living room (the couch set smelled bad, probably from previous smokers), the spring mattress was old, we didn’t manage to open the window in one of the two bedrooms and the legs of the clothes rack in the corridor were falling apart. On the plus side there was everything we needed in the flat, including washing machine which we used. Next door (paid) parking lot was convenient as well as the overall location.

The smell in the living area and condition of the sofa are of particular concern, and we will be investigating this further to determine whether deeper cleaning or replacement is required. We’re also addressing the mattress, window, and clothing rack to ensure all aspects of the property are in proper working order for future guests.
