Perfect for families seeking a coastal escape, this abode features proximity to the beach and New Forest National Park, serene views and a Smart TV.

Park the car, then make your way to the entrance of this stylish three-storey townhouse.

Upon entering, you can pop any treats in the fridge/freezer of this bright and well-equipped kitchen.

The chef of the group can make themselves at home and craft a delicious home-made meal, then slide open the patio doors to allow fresh air to flow through this space as you gather around the dining table, neatly set for six guests.

Once plates are cleared, ascend the carpeted stairs to the first floor to find the welcoming sitting room.

The elevated sitting room boasts tranquil and panoramic views of Poole Harbour.

Open up the doors of the Juliet balcony here to enhance the ambience, as you pick between two sofas or armchairs to sink into, once the golden hues of sunset have disappeared, flick on the Smart TV for a cushy movie night.

As the day draws to a close, choose from three pleasing bedrooms, each with neatly framed artwork adorning the walls.

The ground floor offers a twin bedroom with patio doors out to the garden to enjoy some fresh air as soon as you wake.

On the first floor, there is a king room with the benefit of a sleek en-suite shower room.

Or climb up to the second floor for a super-king-size bed, with more stunning views of the harbour and a private bathroom with a plush freestanding bath to soothe your muscles or rinse away the sea salt in the spacious walk-in shower.

In the morning, fuel yourself with a brew courtesy of the coffee maker, a sip in the enclosed garden to the sound of birdsong as you ponder the adventures ahead.

Uncover the history within Poole Museum, learn about the fascinating local history, with exhibits on the harbour, don't miss the long boat made from a tree trunk, and treat yourself to a slice of cake in the cafe.

Pack your provisions and take a drive to explore the nature at New Forest National Park, with wild horses, pigs, sheep and donkeys roaming around, there are stunning vistas to uncover and charming pubs to pop into along the way.

A trip to Dorset would not be complete without visiting the stunning coast, head to Dorset National Landscape to uncover the sandy shores and dramatic cliffs, tuck into some fish and chips, or hunt for some fossils are you explore the coast.

Close to the Jurassic coast with Studland, Swanage and Dorset coast line all just a short drive across the ferry at Sandbanks, Sea Fern House - 36B really is the perfect base for exploring the beauty of Dorset.
