“Was disappointed at size of bedroom and bathroom, bedroom looked larger in the photos than in person, hardly any room round bed and it was difficult to get to wardrobe, kept hitting our feet on bed base.”

The bathroom was tiny and cramped.

The property

Experience stunning sea views from this beautifully presented ground-floor apartment, Wessex View, located in the popular seaside resort of Weymouth in Dorset.

It enjoys a prime position on the esplanade, just a few moments from the golden, sandy beach.

The accommodation lies all on one level, aside from some steps leading down into the twin bedroom, and is suited best to a family of four or perhaps a couples break.

Upon entering, be greeted by a grand and spacious hallway, leading into the large living room/diner, where attractive sash windows offer beautiful views of the sea outside, and create a light, bright atmosphere.

Settle on one of the vibrant yet classic teal chesterfield sofas, beneath the sparkling chandelier and above the real wood flooring, you can flick on the TV and watch a favourite programme.

Behind this area is the dining table, perfect for serving up a feast made in the excellent kitchen which adjoins this room via folding doors, with plenty of workspace to create delicious dishes with quality appliances.

Freshen up in the sleek and fully tiled bathroom, choose to have a long soak in the tub or a speedy shower to start your day well.

Rest in one of the two bedrooms, with the master double bedroom enjoying a beautiful stained glass backdrop, and a feature fireplace, while the second bedroom is a delightful twin room.

Wessex View quite arguably enjoys one of the best locations in Weymouth, being right on the shoreline and within walking distance of all the bustling shops, restaurants and local boutiques that invite you in to browse and dine and indulge while on your holiday.

Grab an ice cream and go to watch the old-fashioned Punch & Judy show, or tuck into fish and chips at the old historic harbour as you watch the world go by.

Wessex view offers a fabulous seaside escape on the delightful Weymouth shorefront.
