The property

Tapestry House is a well-appointed house in Bridlington, East Riding of Yorkshire, offering off-road parking and sea views, with a hot tub waiting in the enclosed garden.

Set over three storeys, this generous coastal base suits larger families and friendship groups who like to spread out, come together, and head to the beach whenever the mood strikes.

Step inside and let the day unfold at an easy pace.

The open-plan living space brings everyone into the heart of the house, with a well-equipped kitchen for lazy breakfasts, a dining area for long, chatty suppers, and a sitting area warmed by an electric fire when the sea air turns brisk.

When you fancy a change of scene, a separate sitting room gives the group a second place to settle with a film, while the external utility keeps practical bits neatly tucked away.

Across the house, six bedrooms offer plenty of choice, including king-size rooms and a family room with a double and single, some with TVs for laid-back evenings.

A single bedroom with an enclosed terrace adds a lovely spot to step out with your a cuppa and enjoy some peace.

With a bathroom, a shower room, and a cloakroom, mornings can run smoothly.

Beyond the front door, you’re perfectly placed to explore the Yorkshire coast.

Head to Flamborough to admire Flamborough Head, pause by the lighthouse, and follow cliff-top paths down to North Landing.

Spend a day in Filey strolling the promenade, exploring Filey Brigg, and unwinding in Glen Gardens.

For classic seaside fun, Scarborough offers Scarborough Castle, the landscaped calm of Peasholm Park, and family-friendly exhibits at SEA LIFE Scarborough.

However you choose to spend your days, Tapestry House makes a superb base to return to.
