  • "The reception staff were lovely but you need to put information on how to switch things on, e."

    G heating a very nice person named Jay came and was very helpful cooker a cleaner came and switch it on but the oven still didn’t work so meals from the shop we couldn’t use . After being out until 6.40 p.m. we came back and had no water. We rang All phone numbers and none of them answered so I went to the office the paper work said it was open until 7 but no closed so I went next door and Charlie was very helpful I don’t know what we would have done without he tried to get the right people to come out but failed instead he got hold of Jay again and he came and sorted it so all in all I don’t know what we would have done without Charlie and Jay those two are a credit to you.
