With the sun is shining down through the Velux window, open up the bifold doors and sit outside on the garden table and chairs.

Let the little ones run about with your dogs on the lawn as you wash dinner down with your favourite drink of choice.

When the sun ebbs away for the nighttime sky head back inside.

Curl up next to the wood-burning stove in the open-plan living space, or relax in the sitting room in front of the Smart TV or with a book.

When yawns start to echo, call it a night and head upstairs.

Choose from two double bedrooms, with one boasting an en-suite walk-in shower, and two singles.

In the mornings, start a new day off just right with an irresistible soak in the bath or a refreshing shower.

Nestled just 200 metres from the waters edge and bustling Town Quay, King Henry House offers the perfect base to explore the best of Lymington and the stunning New Forest coast.

A short three-minute stroll brings you to a delightful mix of local shops, ice cream shops, welcoming pubs, and one of the UK’s top 100 restaurants also mentioned in the Michelin guide.

The Quay itself is a hive of activity where children can enjoy the timeless fun of crabbing in the stunning waters of the Solent.

For the more adventurous, paddleboards or kayaks are available to hire from the Quay, offering a unique way to tour the picturesque harbour.

Alternatively, hire bikes and set off into the heart of the New Forest for an unforgettable ride through ancient woodland and open heathland.

A scenic coastal path runs close to the house, perfect for walking or cycling along the rural shoreline.

Along the way, stop for a drink at a traditional pub or continue on to Keyhaven for a refreshing swim, a relaxed pub lunch or gazing out to sea to the world famous sailing waters.

In Lymington, be sure to make the most out of the Sea Water Swimming Baths for a hugely fun dip in the sea with an obstacle course, or enjoy some friendly competition at Lymington Golf Centre and New Forest Adventure Golf.

Enjoy plenty of exhibits on display at the St Barbe Museum & Art Gallery or stroll through the Lymington Nature Reserve.

Milford on Sea is a short drive away, with its colourful beach huts and views of the Isle of Wight and The Needles.

Or why not hop on the ferry at Lymington and visit the Isle of Wight itself.
