The property

SEA E O is a distinctive yacht moored in Lymington, Hampshire, boasting harbour views, off-road parking, outdoor decking, and a remarkable waterside setting.

Sleeping up to five guests across two bedrooms, this unique floating retreat offers families and groups the opportunity to experience life on the water while exploring the Hampshire coastline. Step aboard and leave the ordinary behind as the marina becomes your front garden.

Surrounded by masts, visiting yachts, and ever-changing waterfront scenery, SEA E O combines the charm of a yacht with the practicality of a holiday home.

Large windows draw natural light into the open-plan living area, where nautical styling and thoughtfully arranged furnishings create an inviting place to unwind after a day by the coast.

Whether gathering around the dining table for supper or settling down with a film on the Smart TV, the living space forms the heart of the yacht. The well-equipped kitchen provides everything needed for self-catering stays, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, and wine chiller.

Two shower rooms make preparing for the day straightforward, while the sleeping accommodation offers flexibility for a variety of groups.

The double bedroom enjoys its own TV, while the family room contains three single beds that can be adapted to suit different requirements. Out on deck, watch boats drift through the marina as the water sparkles beneath the changing sky.

It is a wonderful spot to enjoy a morning coffee while planning the day's adventures along the coast. A short stroll brings you into Lymington, renowned for its historic quay, Georgian high street, and St Barbe Museum and Art Gallery.

Venture into Brockenhurst, where walking and cycling trails weave through the New Forest amongst free-roaming ponies and wildlife.

Spend a day in Beaulieu, home to the National Motor Museum, Palace House, and the atmospheric remains of Beaulieu Abbey.

From coastal discoveries to New Forest adventures, SEA E O offers a memorable base for every Hampshire getaway.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £200.
