"Lovely property."
Great location, right on the coast with very good fish and chips right opposite and the lovely Kraken Cafe one minute away, along with a Tesco Express and other restaurants available.
Very clean and spacious flat. Secure parking and an EV charging point which was perfect for us. Enjoyed a great stay and would highly recommend.
Thank for such great feedback! Glad you enjoyed your stay..!

"A spacious, light and cosy flat with everything we needed."
The location was perfect, next to the beautiful beach and the sea wall, the parking underneath the building was easy to access. Dymchurch was a lovely place to stay and on our short break we visited Dungeness, Rye, Hythe, the Romney Marsh churches - so many varied and fascinating places in easy reach.
Thank you for your lovely feedback. We’re so pleased you found the flat comfortable and well-equipped, and that you enjoyed being so close to the beach. It sounds like you made the most of your time exploring the area - there really are so many great places to visit nearby! We really like Rye also.
We’d be very happy to welcome you back to Dymchurch again.
Thanks,

"Good bits. Lovely looking clean well lit apartment."
Not so good bits. Double beds are small 4ft wide slatted beds, very low to the floor with memory foam mattresses. The settee in the lounge was uncomfortable to sit on as were the chairs at the table. Both toilet seats were broken on arrival and despite being informed they would be fixed on the Monday. They were not. We were then informed they would be fixed on Friday. The smoke detectors and carbon monoxide monitors though hardwired were all inoperative (Sykes, this needs looking at!) This could be a really nice apartment if the furnishings were brought to a fair and comfortable standard detectors fixed etc. Loved the flooring, lighting, cleanliness etc but we left a couple days early as everyone was uncomfortable. We will be returning to these apartments, just not this one. Sorry, but this one’s not for us.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear you appreciated the apartment’s cleanliness, lighting, and overall presentation - those are areas we take great pride in.
We’re genuinely sorry that some aspects of your stay didn’t meet your expectations. The beds and furnishings are selected to suit a broad range of guest preferences, but we understand comfort is personal and we’ll continue to review these choices based on guest input.
Regarding the maintenance issues, we sincerely apologise for the delay in resolving the toilet seats in one of the bathrooms. These matters were reported to our team and scheduled for repair, but unfortunately the timing fell short. We’ve since followed up to ensure these items are fully addressed and that future guests won’t experience similar delays.

"We really enjoyed our stay."
The flat is lovely. It was clean with lots of space.
The information about how to get into the car park and flat was very clear. We weren't sure which key to use for which doors but figured it out. The car space is quite tight if you have a wide car. It wasn't clear how to use the electric charging but we found the box in the flat and it is great that it is included in the flat. The main bedroom is large and had a double bed and single bed, great for our toddler, and space for the travel cot for our baby. There were lots of drawers for our children's clothes and I just kept my clothes in my packing cubes. There is a freezer and some household basics were there which was good. The bath towels are not huge but ok and there are separate hand towels. The kitchen tap was very loose. The hot water was fine on the first day but from the second day we had to run the tap for a long time, not sure why it took so long if the hot water is on all the time. There are no towels or tea towels in the kitchen but lots of kitchen things were there which was great and hand soap in the toilets. There isn't a bath mat in the bath which we needed for bathing our children but there is one in the shower. The location is great, you can hear the amusement building but it isn't loud and not open late. The flat gets very hot. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend with the only negative being that we had to wait for hot water.

"The hot water took about 15 minutes to get hot had to run bathroom tap this was ok when you know what to do plus a waste of water ."
The kitchen tap was really loose we had to hold it with one hand and turn it on with the other so it didn’t break the pipes which were the only thing’s holding them .Bedroom 1 the curtain rail was only wedged between the frame it fell down just missed my wife.Bedroom two the window wouldn’t open. All the cutlery was week there was no carving knife .There was two sets of keys two the inner door and only one for the outer door which

"This property has many things going for it."
It is has a very good location. Everything inside is modern, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms 1 en-suite. Very modern kitchen. From our point of view there were some negatives. The television in the living room struggled to pick up a signal. The bedrooms had very little storage for our clothes. My wife felt that the towels and bedding covers smelled of smoke. Put these things right and it would be 10 out of 10.
Thanks for the feedback and glad you enjoyed the visit.
I have spoken to the laundry service company and provided the feedback. Will be extra diligent in the future.
Thanks again!

"Super apartment."
Location, decor, parking, all excellent. Obviously extremely well thought out and very well maintained. So easy to settle in immediately.
Minor niggles would be lack of a teapot and hob cleaner for the induction hob.
It was an ideal package for ourselves and our daughter with excellent bus services on the doorstep. Plenty of lovely places to visit ~ Whitstable and Canterbury just 45mins drive.
Thank you for such lovely feedback.
Will make sure there is a teapot (I forget as I’m a coffee drinker) and will make sure the hob cleaner is stocked.
Thanks again!

"Lovely clean, well decorated and spacious property."
2nd floor but an easy climb up. All mod cons for a comfy stay for any family.
Secure parking spot which is shaded too. Very proximal to beach and local shops was brilliant.
We enjoyed our stay a lot, no noise from any of the other flats was very impressive or maybe just lucky!
The bedrooms are nice but did lack a set of drawers for clothing.
NB For summer stays you need to take your own fans, lucky I anticipated and had packed one.

"Beautiful apartment literally right on the seafront."
The apartment was very clean, modern and freshly decorated and had everything you needed for a holiday stay. Very comfortable beds and the extra TV was a bonus. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of crockery and cooking utensils.
There was no noise at all from the other apartments and being at the top on the second floor, nobody above. There is no lift, so be aware if you have mobility issues.
Seven Sands is on the roadside next to a small amusement arcade, so there is some music and noise from this and the street below when the windows are open in the summer. However, it is not excessive and to be expected and the price you pay to be in the heart of the seaside. It is quiet at nighttime once everything has shut.
There are several good places to eat out locally and plenty of takeaways, including traditional fish and ships.
There is loads to do in the surrounding areas as well as a beautiful sandy beach on your doorstep.
The parking below the flats is useful, however, on one occasion we returned and were unable to park as the space was taken by someone from another apartment. Signs reminding other residents and visitors only to park in their designated space would be helpful. The spaces are also very tight if you have a larger vehicle.
On the whole, a great place for a seaside getaway with the family and highly recommend.
Thank you for the feedback - hope you had a wonderful stay

"Great location, great beds, nice layout and very clean."
Car parking was a bonus too. There are lots of eateries near by!
We did have a few issues but, I think if these are acted upon it would greatly improve future holiday makers experience.
We like to self cater but, struggled with cooking up meals because of the lack of choice with the kitchen utensils. For example we were surprised that there was not a tin opener, bottle opener, cheese grater or large serving spoons. Four plates, bowls, side plates is just not enough, especially with a dish washer and there were very few glasses including only two wine glasses. We personally found the showers to be low power. The TV signal was intermittent but, fine when watching it on LG home on the controls. There are extra pillows but, we could not locate any pillow cases. These days one expects mattress and pillow protectors! We also found the lack of draws in the bedrooms a problem and we had to use our suitcase. A few improvements will makes this a great holiday home.
