  • "Lovely place, very clean and everything supplied was excellent quality."

Great location, felt very homely. One thing I would ask you to say in your welcome pack is that dogs should never be left alone in the property ,I’m guessing you own the house next door and the dogs barked the first night we arrived for a couple of hours, I had to tell the bloke when he came in that this was unacceptable, his response was , it’s only been 1 and a half hours, calm down,we had our dog with us and would never dream of leaving him in a strange house alone. Just a little thought. Would definitely come again. Thanks John and Dawn plus little Eric.

Thank you for taking the time to give feedback following your stay at Capella, we are delighted that you had an enjoyable stay, please accept our apologies that a dog was barking in a neighbouring property on your first night, the owner of Capella are not the owners of the neighbouring property and therefore would have had no control over this, please be assured that this is not a recurrent issue and has only been brought to light on this one occasion by yourselves. We do hope that this minor issue on your first evening did not detract from your enjoyment of the Lake District. Property Owner

Great location in quieter residential area of town with view of fells from back of property. Bike store out back a bonus. Clean outdoor patio area. Great sized dining kitchen. On street parking.
