Fantastic modern flat which is the centre of town. It had everything that we needed. Sofa was a bit soft for our liking and main entrance hall way carpet needs a bit of TLC, other that it my wife and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

  • "Absolutely stunning apartment."

Very high quality fixtures and fittings and good selection of utensils. Bed very comfy and bathroom a real treat, really enjoyed having a bath looking out across the lake! The location is fantastic. We left the car in the car park for the whole 5 days as during the summer months the bus service was great and regular. Definitely recommend the bus to Keswick, it’s a stunning journey and the lake there is beautiful. Great holiday, will definitely return!

Otherwise comfortable stay and great location

Thank you for your feedback, we are pleased you enjoyed your stay although we are shocked to see you mention the wifi was not working as there hasn't been any issues found when the router was checked and when a member of our team called to see how your first night was it wasn't mentioned. Had we known about this during your stay we could of rectified it for you. We hope to welcome you back in the future - The owner relations team. Property Owner

  • "Fenty's is a beautiful apartment."

We had the lovliest time staying there. The apartment is so clean and well decorated and has quality furniture and appliances. The bathroom is a touch of luxury with a huge free-standing bath and also a walk in shower. I noticed a past review saying there was no hairdryer, the owners have obviously took note of that and there is a hairdryer now. The wifi is great. Neil had left a wee welcome letter with helpful info eg passwords, parking , nearest supermarket (co-op is 50 yards to the left of the apartment) and also milk and biscuits in the fridge. The apartment is in a great position with easy walking access to the beautiful lake and an abundance of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Fentys was a great place for us to stay on our first visit to the Lake District. The hall and stairs up to the apartment is in need of some TLC, but it's very secure and only people staying in Fentys or Miss Potters Loft have access by key. Lakelovers also gave us a courtesy call to make sure everything was to our liking, which was nice. I highly recommend the apartment and would return in a heart beat.

Thank you for choosing to stay at Fenty's we are so glad that you had a lovely stay. We are planning to decorate the stairs and would love to welcome you back again. On behalf of the Owner. Property Owner

  • "The apartment is accessed by a door at street level which opens into a shabby entrance lobby and stairwell which is less than salubrious but the apartment itself is absolutely 5 star."

The only thing it lacked was a hairdryer! There is also an issue with parking in the area. Be prepared to add on up to £42 to the cost of your holiday to cover seven days parking in a (relatively) nearby public car park.

Thank you for your feedback on your stay at Fenty's. We have since placed a hairdryer in the property and are planning to redecorate the stairs up to the apartment. We would love to welcome you back to visit again in the future. On behalf of the Owner. Property Owner

  • "The property was modern, clean and local to the lake and all amenities."

It was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The shower was not working, which we reported and in fairness was looked at very quickly but unfortunately it was unable to be repaired during our stay which was slightly inconvenient and other than a note left by the maintenance team there was no further update. Despite this we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property to others without hesitation.

We were so sorry to learn of the problems you experienced with the shower, this should have been sorted out during your stay, we only learned of the issue on Saturday evening when we popped down to the flat, as there seemed to be a glitch with the email from Lakelovers/Sykes that should have alerted us to the problem. We have only just started letting Fenty’s in June this year, so we are still learning and finding our feet. Certainly we will be speaking to Lakelovers to ensure that in future we are informed quickly by them of any issues that arise so that they can be dealt with promptly. I appreciate how welcome a nice shower would have been after a long day walking, and are pleased to read that overall you had an enjoyable stay despite the shower problem, and you had some good weather for walking during your say. PS The shower is now sorted, flowing fully. Property Owner
