  • “Stayed at this lodge many times and always enjoy a great time.”

This visit was no expectation The only thing that let it down badly was the shower drain in the shower In the main bathroom. The water was gathering in the shower tray when we showered. On pulling out the shower drain it was filthy and clearly not been cleaned for quite some. It was thick with sludge and congealed hair and the smell was absolutely foul. This should be cleaned every time a guest departs. This is clearly not happening. It didn’t detract from my holiday. But when there are all ...

But when there are all these cleaning protocols in place for Covid yet the shower drain was so obviously overlooked makes me think what other cleaning considerations are being overlooked. Apart from that issue holiday went well as always.
