The bungalow is very comfortable and the outside space is amazing for dogs. A very secure wrap around garden and an adjoining paddock; we had 2 very happy dogs.

"Lovely stay at Linden Lea set in beautiful surroundings."
The cottage has everything you need, the garden is wrapped around the cottage but there is also an added extra of a “paddock” which is excellent to let the dogs to have a good run around. Plenty of walks from the cottage not far to Cartmel, grange over sands, flookburgh and Lake District.

"Have just spent a fantastic week at this property."
The bungalow had everything we needed and the beautiful very large enclosed garden was much appreciated by us and our very nervous elderly rescue dog, who made a great friend in the robot lawnmower !! We were happy to explore the quieter side of the Lake District from our perfectly situated accommodation. Met Sue the owner on one occasion and she was very very nice and extremely helpful. Would love to visit again!

Great, well-equipped cottage. Peaceful location. Large secluded garden - fully secure for dogs. Owner is so helpful. We all loved it at Linden Lea and will be back!

"A beautiful cottage, with a beautiful enclosed garden which my dogs loved."
It was very cosy and comfortable, great for a relaxing break. The cottage was lovely and clean and the kitchen had lots of equipment. Communication with the owner was fantastic. I stayed for a few days of dog competitions locally, and will look to book the cottage again next year for the same event. Would recommend this property.

Clean and tidy. Everything you need, home from home.
Views are great.
The beds are like sleeping on a cloud, so comfy.
Very peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed.

"Linden Lea is a little gem."
Great for our dogs, with the enclosed garden. The property is quiet, only the sound of bird songs and sheep. It is within about 20 minutes from a lot of attractions.
Sue the owner of the property was very helpful when we needed her once.
Over all it was a great place to stay.

"Had a lovely time , the accommodation was tip top, everything you need."
Booked Linden Lea because of where it was and the garden. We were not disappointed, the enclosed garden was great for the dog to run about. The cottage was situated in a nice peaceful place with just the sound of birds and sheep just what we wanted. Windermere only ten minutes drive away where there is plenty of walks for the dog. Would recommend Linden Lea to anyone.

"This bungalow is a hidden gem, an absolute delight!"
Had everything we needed & more. Milk, tea, eggs etc were left for us on arrival. The garden is beautiful, wrapping around the bungalow, not being overlooked by anything (except the sheep in the next field!), wonderfully tranquil & relaxing. The paddock was a great extra, very dog secure. The owner (Sue) was brilliant, very friendly & informative. Thank you so much Sue for your hospitality, our stay was fantastic. We would have no hesitation in staying here again.

"Wonderful quiet area."
Well equipped cottage with everything you might need. we really appreciated all the extras milk, eggs, wine etc. Fantastic safe garden for our dog. Would definitely recommend and we hope to book again.

"From the very start, we received a welcome text to the property from the owner with added touches such as eggs, milk and a bottle of wine awaiting us at arrival."
The property was as described and very clean.
Situated in a quiet part of the country but, close to local amenities by car. The garden and grounds were beautiful outside with additional seating to relax.
Our little dog enjoyed her holiday too.
Would definitely recommend and book again in the future,

"What a lovely peaceful spot."
The cottage had absolutely everything we needed, and lots of special little extras too. Loved the wildlife and birds, especially the wild deer in the field behind. Glad we had our binoculars! We will definitely stay again.
Great to have the coast and the Lakes so close, and so convenient from the motorway.
