"Excellent holiday accommodation."
Perfect layout for two couples sharing. Well equipped throughout. The owners were really helpful with prompt responses to our questions before arrival and during our stay. We regular stay in holiday rentals and the accommodation at The Court is of a very high standard. We would definitely book another stay and would also recommend it to family and friends. Ingleton is a great base for walking in the beautiful countryside. Thank you!

"What a fabulous property, spotlessly clean, comfortable and quirky."
Just a short walk to the amenities and with its own parking space. Do not hesitate to book staying here, you won’t be disappointed. Fiona couldn’t be more helpful in resolving a small issue we had and on a Sunday. We also had three fabulous meals at Peaks & Troughs, La Tavernetta and The Wheatsheaf Inn. The waterfall trail is tough but very rewarding. Wish we were staying longer, what a beautiful area. Thanks again Fiona for a wonderful short break in your amazing property. Sue & Philip

"Lovely time, thank you."
Found a gem in Watershed Mill in Settle and popped down to Brief Encounters in Carnforth during our stay. Mightedly impressed with Lords Bric a Brac and Salvage in Ingleton. Nice Country Harvest Shop/Cafe on the outskirts and several Booths also.
The Court was well maintained and the hosts went out of their way to make our stay comfortable there. thank you.

"Fantastic stay."
The owner has really thought of everything. Welcome pack of bread butter milk and biscuits was a nice touch. The property was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped. Beds comfortable and bathrooms with walk in shower. Quirky property converted from old police station/magistrates court with some features kept like the witness box in the lounge. Very tastefully done. Great base for exploring Yorkshire dales, Lake District and Lancashire coast. Loads of eating places in the village within 5 mins walk of apartment. Would highly recommend the Italian restaurant. Are there twice!! All in all would highly recommend.

"Could not be happier with our holiday experience."
Good location on edge of town but still very walkable to amenities. If you are walkers, the property is also extremely well-located for the out and back route up to Ingleborough. The Court is beautifully decorated, equipped, furnished and maintained by the caring owners.
Thank you. I’m so pleased you had a good time

"Beautiful property completed to a very high standard."
It was very clean and a lovely welcome pack was left.
Just a few suggestions maybe some
Board games as the weather was poor as took our teenage children. Maybe being able to watch Netflix again in the event of poor weather. Coffee machine facilities or a cafetière would be lovely but these are only suggestions that would the stay even more amazing and welcoming. Thanks again for your hospitality. We would definitely like to come back

It was fun staying in something slightly different. The conversion was really well thought through. The apartment was clean, warm and close to all the local facilities. We would definitely return.

"An absolutely beautiful property renovated to such a high standard."
We love staying here and stayed in the Magistrates Chambers last year and tried the Court this time. Liked it so much we rebooked straight away!
We were looking for somewhere to stay which would be a “good base” and this is now our yearly go to accommodation/location, Fiona is super friendly and quickly answers any queries you may have. Looking forward to next year already

"The Court is without doubt one of the best places we have ever stayed in: a great concept, ( the building is an old magistrate’s court and each flat has its previous use as a design theme), beautifully put together and very well equipped."
We (obviously) did spend a lot of time out and about, but it was always with the thought of that we would be going back to such lovely apartment. Cannot recommend it highly enough….and it was nice to hear the cock crowing each morning from next door. Not an intrusive sound: a lovely enhancement.

"Superb place to stay, the Court was amazing, inside the rooms were done to a very high standard and the incorporation of some of the old court features that make up the main room which includes the kitchen, dining area and lounge was more than we expected."
Both bedrooms, 1 on each floor were spacious with large windows providing lots of light and they both came with their own en suite bathrooms. Located close to Ingleton it was ideal for our 3 night stay and will definitely look to stay here when next visiting.

"First class high quality accommodation."
Very thoughtful, creative and respectful refurbishment of an amazing old building. Kitchen perfectly well stocked for all cooking requirements (everything looks brand new!). The second bedroom is on an upper level which adds to a great feel of space, as each bedroom and bathroom feels like your own wee private “suite”. Spotlessly clean throughout.. Overall, highly recommend.

"The Court is a wonderful apartment."
It exceeded my expectations. It's location in Ingleton is ideal. Less than a 5 minute walk to the centre of the town and just a 10 minute walk to the Waterfall Trial entrance.
I highly recommend the Court.

"Arriving on Friday evening we were able to park right outside and easily get into the properly."
On entry to the hallway of the building, we were taken back by how well the old building has been restored. After making our way upstairs we were very pleased to see that all our needs were catered for. A delightful hallway for us to take off our boots and hang our jackets, before entering into the double height living space with original features (even the old dock) lovingly restored and modernised all of which are tastefully done. The kitchen is very well-equipped, if eating in you have absolutely everything you need.
Once we have had gathered our bags, we explored the bedrooms, which I must say are a delight. Very luxurious and both with high spec ensuite facilities. The bed was very grand and comfortable with quality linens. Everything was very in keeping with the restoration of the old building but there are tasteful modern touches everywhere. From TV’s in living and sleeping areas to USB sockets for phone charging.
Once we were settled we made the 2-minute walk into the centre of the village and had a couple of drinks, returning to eat at the lovely dining table.
On the Saturday we walked out to the falls which is a quick jaunt down through the village before heading up on a very scenic walking route which bring you back down into the village enjoy one of the several pubs and good food establishments. Although we were rained on, we found getting back to the court house nice and easy as the hallway of both the main building and the hallway to the accommodation has matts and boot storage making it an easy and comfortable place to get back to.
The building itself is stunning, inside and out. The scale of the place is magnificent. With the building being so solid there was no noise heard from the other spaces. We really got the feeling of complete comfort and privacy.
It was great value for money given both the location and quality of the accommodation . 5+ stars. We will be booking another stay.
