"Fully understand that prev guests can leave properties in a state."
But I'd rather have had the trip cancelled than turn up to what we did. Owner was running around trying her best to clean when we arrived. But wasn't fit for purpose. Smell of food and urine. Dog hair. And used nappies under beds. We had to leave 2 days early. We was refunded 2 days stay. But as stated earlier I'd have rather have had the trip fully canceled and got the full refund. Waste of a trip and put of pocket. Hopefully next guests have better experience
Unfortunately my previous clients left very late which had a knock on effect for a thorough deep clean which can usually take 5hrs. So my checkout is usually 10am so my cleaner can have time to complete a thorough clean. The previous clients totalling 7 people left 2 hrs before you and this simply wasn't enough time. I now leave a gap so this will never happen again. My property has had many good people and comments left have been good. You can now see why this happened and i can assure future clients will and are satisfied with their experience. Property Owner

LONG PRESTON
Settle 4 miles; Malham 4 miles; Skipton 12 miles.
Long Preston is an attractive Yorkshire Dales village in Ribblesdale, twelve miles from Skipton (popularly known as the 'Gateway to the Dales'), four miles from Settle. To the north, the landscape rises to the fells, moors and picturesque valleys of the Dales; to the south are the wetlands of the Ribble Valley which, in turn, sweep upward to the magnificent wilderness of Bowland.
