"1. House size green bin, used for normal waste, 3MTs from front door and kitchen window, split down two corner edges
and held together with tape, Full of dog waste."
Tennants have five dogs. 2.Shower either Hot or Cold ( even after instruction from tennant. 3. Internet very poor, no access to smart channels. Told " that one internal dish is faulty." I think possibly system overloaded. 4 Bed in Blue bedroom needs new mattress. 5 Outdoor furniture is cast iron and not very comfortable.
The property is well designed but is let down by these VERY important issues.
.
Whilst we appreciate feedback,we have found yours to be very disingenuous.I trust readers will view ALL our other feedback where 99% has been 5*.We advertise as dog friendly & are even called PAW Barn as our profits go to maintaining our rescues as well as fostering dogs abroad.I'm unsure as to your issue with dogs as you even brought your own! Bins are literally located (around a corner) off the premises and 100% not within sight from any point of the residence (much further than your 3m claim). The green bin is non recycling & obviously may have waste not to your liking.Collection is Linc CC & not within our control. You were categorically NOT told of any "faulty dish" issues, this is untrue. Any issue was likely due to you unplugging the hub in room 1 and leaving it underneath the bed. We do not have a blue room. ALL bedding was brand new 3 months ago, mattresses 6. Comfort is personal preference, as are the outside chairs: Cast iron furniture which others have enjoyed very much, but simply not your taste.Note there are TWO sets of table and chairs to choose from. Shower has a knob on the side to control the temp as explained on arrival, but you had 1 week to let us know any difficulties with using. You came during a heatwave and were in residence the entire time. There was plenty of opportunity to voice the simplest of queries & we wld have been happy to oblige. It would have been nice for you to have mentioned all the added extras we happily supplied free of charge. We go out of our way to be kind, welcoming and friendly. You finish by stating the property is very well designed.Yet spite has led you to give us 1* for absolutely everything. Your review is a reflection of YOU, not us.

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay for my wife’s birthday."
The home is cozy with all amenities needed and we felt relaxed and at home straight away.
Dan and Adrienne were fantastic—always available if we needed anything, yet we still had plenty of privacy throughout our stay.
A special shout-out to Dan, who went above and beyond by coming home from town on a Friday night to let us back in after my wife accidentally locked us out. We were so grateful!
The location is perfect, the bird reserve is 500 meters away and with the sea a few hundred meters further, picturesque walks that our dog absolutely loved.
We’d love to stay again and would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming getaway.

Our hosts were excellent - there when we wanted them, but not intrusive. The walks were spectacular even in November. I would certainly recommend it and hope to visit again.

"We stayed at Paw Barn for 5 nights, 2 adults a toddler, an infant and 2 dogs."
Nice location, with views over the fields, and a walk to the nature reserve right on the door step. Property nicely decorated, and hosts really welcoming. A few things to do in the local area, with skewness and Ingold ells a 30-40 minute drive away. We went to the Lincolnshire animal park which is 25 minute drive away, which we would highly recommend, fantastic for kids, and a lovely day out.
A few points about the property that would have improved our stay: it's listed on the website that there is a dishwasher...there is not. Very few utensils for cooking, or baking trays. No oven gloves. Washing machine in property, but no airer to hang washing (which is a necessity if you have young children that need several changes of clothes a day)-radiators to hang washing on, but an airer would have been better. No iron, again which would have been useful. Kitchen bench to sit at with big heavy metal stools, that whilst nice aesthetically, are cumbersome and need to be constantly moved to access the cupboard space. Not much storage for food if you're planning to do a big food shop for the week, especially as it's listed to accommodate 4 guests. Worth noting if you are taking dogs, the property has no enclosed garden space and opens straight onto a quiet country road, which wasn't a problem for us, but might be if your dog doesn't listen!
But, overall we had a nice stay, just with 2 children these suggestions would have made the stay practically a little easier.
Thank you very much for your feedback. We will do our best to accommodate with additional kitchen supplies.Unfortunately we sometimes get missing items, or even breakages, like glassware which, sadly, our guests omit to tell us about on departure, so we cannot always replace things immediately between stays. Our listing does not say we have a dishwasher, and we do our best to be kind and supply multiple cleaning products free of charge. We do have a washing machine, and there is a fold away drier in the bedroom cupboard on the shelf. As people tend to stay 2 - 5 days,an iron and ironing board would not be a good use of our space. We have found that when we go away as a family we take enough clothes for our trip and imagined others would do likewise. However, a washing machine is always handy for accidents or muddy days.Again, we have supplied washing powder and fabric conditioner free of charge with the other cleaning products.I appreciate the chairs are heavy,we will move them to the other side of the counter to stop them from blocking cupboards. We do try to go out of our way to be accommodating by supplying lots of extras.Tea, coffee and sugar.Tea towels (which can be used in place of oven gloves) multiple indoor games sets, free supply of wood for the fire and extra blankets in the cupboard. We do not have an enclosed garden (the pictures and description don't contradict this) however we have a company booked in to separate a portion of our garden off to make a patio for guests to use which will be fully secured. We are located in a secluded spot, and the only vehicles are either our own or occasional tractors when it's a picking or planting day. And our listing does state a maximum of 2 'well behaved' dogs.We feel we are extremely good for value for money. We supply a huge range of appliances and a very high level of comfort and cleanliness. We go out of our way to supply many extras free of charge, just to be kind. And the location is beautiful and we strive to keep improving.

"We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully converted barn, finished to a very high standard."
The décor is both tasteful and thoughtful, with lovely touches that really highlight the surrounding area.
The location was perfect – so peaceful and ideal for morning dog walks along the path between farmers’ fields, with easy access to Frieston Shore for longer walks.
One small point: the two breakfast bar chairs, while stylish, weren’t the most practical. A set of four smaller chairs would make it easier for everyone to sit together at the bar to eat.
The Ninja Foodi was a great touch – it made preparing a birthday lamb dinner for my partner a pleasure.
Overall, a really memorable and relaxing stay.

"Beautiful spacious property renovated well to match the area."
Very peaceful area and enjoyed the dark night sky with no street lights.
Loved the fact that parking and WiFi was available (FOC).
Granddaughter thrashed us at Ludo & Snakes and ladders which was on site and loved meeting the owners and their dogs.
Our party was 2 adults & 5 yr old. Whilst there was 2 bistro dining tables & chairs outside, inside at the breakfast bar there were only 2 stools available.
Would have liked additional stools to match number of guests for dining purposes.
Would have preferred a few more cooking utensils, ie ladle / tongs and place mats for surfaces for cups / plates etc.
Plenty of storage / hangers in bedrooms and large mirror next to plug sockets for drying hair etc.
Dog friendly walks from the doorstep and The We’ll meet again museum within walking distance.
Many happy memories created and would thoroughly recommend.
