  • "Couldn’t thank Sue and Ian enough for making us feel so welcome into their home, the property was amazing and the lay out was perfect, the home really had a feel of a villa outside of this country which we loved, we really appreciated the cake and going out of your way to make it gluten free & we are still scratching our heads trying to figure out Ian’s card trick."

We cannot wait to come back to this place and will definitely be recommending. Many thanks Katie & Jack

Nothing was too much trouble for them, any questions we had were answered quickly. Absolutely 100% recommend Ian, Sue and their little cottage to anyone looking for a break. Cannot wait to come back, hopefully with 2 fully working motorcycles this time!

  • "Ian and Sue from the start were incredibly welcoming with the walk round the cottage showing us all the amenities, and not to forget the complimentary homemade slab of cake each, and bottle of prosecco to help us celebrate our weekend."

It was very much appreciated. The cottage is incredibly private and the hottub is amazing. The cottage has everything needed, was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. I cannot honestly fault it. It's a little gem when compared to the higher priced log cabins that are about with half the luxury. Don't know what more I can say really other than a big thank you to the lovely owners for making us feel very welcome. See you again soon.... Regards Steve and Emma

The outside of the property including hot tub was very clean and upon entering inside that continued. The property itself was lovely and spacious plus heeted perfectly. Inside the hosts had very kindly decorated with birthday banners and a card awaited, felt this was a step above as only mentioned it 2 days prior. Also be sure to check the painting.... That's all I'll say. Lovely quiet location even with farms nearby and a busy road once inside you don't hear this at all. Perfect property inside and out with an amazing hot tub you will not be disappointed.
