"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage."
The location was stunning, with breathtaking sea views and so many things to do nearby—it made for the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. The cottage itself was spotless, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. It had everything we could possibly need, from a well-stocked kitchen to all the essentials for a comfortable family stay. We had requested a baby cot and high chair, and having them available made a huge difference in how relaxed and easy our time there was. As parents, we appreciated that the cottage was all on one level—no stairs meant one less thing to worry about with our little one on the move! The nearby beach was perfect for the kids to play and explore, and we loved that Barmouth was just a short drive away for a fun day out. We were greeted with fresh flowers, a bottle of wine, milk in the fridge, and everything needed to make a hot brew—such a warm and thoughtful welcome after a long journey. All the necessary information was neatly organized in a binder, which made settling in a breeze. Although we didn’t meet the owner in person, everything was incredibly well-prepared, and we felt very well taken care of. It’s clear that a lot of care and thought has gone into making this cottage a truly family-friendly retreat. We’re already talking about coming back!
