• "We had contact with the owners before we left as i had made a mistake with the dates and they sorted this out for us."

  On arrival we found the accommodation very clean, warm and inviting. They was a nice welcome pack for us and the dogs. A new boiler had just been fitted so i contacted the owner just to clarify how it worked. Everything was first class and we had a really enjoyable week with great weather. We have stayed twice now on this site and have never been disappointed. We will definitely come again. Thanks to the owners for making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible

• "We had a lovely week with our grandchildren in this lodge."

  It was very comfortable and the en-suite was a real bonus . I felt on the whole the lodge is getting a little bit tired and the lounge furniture and carpets could do with a deep clean . This is probably because it’s a dog friendly lodge. The overall cleanliness was could also have done with being just a bit more thorough. Dogs nose smudges on patio doors and very smeary mirrors as if cleaned in a dreadful rush . None of this affected our holiday and we would return as our grandsons love this site with the bonus of the golf and the pool . Thank you

• "We had the most amazing stay!"

  Will definitely be back. Little luxuries like the ensuite, air fryer, reclining chairs and sofa, and the decking made all the difference. Beware of the toaster, it sets off the smoke alarm every time, and the dishwasher seems to take about 30 mins from hitting start to actually doing anything, but those were very small things during the most lovely week.

  Slightly disappointed that there is no access to Fritton Lake as we had fond memories of the area,alas it was 40 years ago.

• "The caravan is lovely and layout is a little different to others that we have stayed in."

  2 bedrooms, on suite with main bedroom and bigish bathroom for second bedroom. It was lovely to have proper chairs to relax in after days out exploring. The owners were amazing and we got a chance to meet them when we needed their help. They went out of their way to help resolve an issue that we had which we really appreciated.

• "We had a wonderful week at Fernwood Lodge."

  After a long journey down from Yorkshire it was a delight to be surrounded by the home comforts, cleanliness and beautiful location that our accommodation had to offer. No negatives, only positives with our favourite being the sumptuous reclining furniture! Great communication throughout from the owners. Would highly recommend this beautiful accommodation and park.

• "Lovely comfortable lodge set in Norfolk countryside."

  Lodge has lovely furniture including electric recliners and modern electric fire to laze in front of in lounge. Site is very dog friendly and has excellent swimming pool (indoor). Angles Way (footpath runs through site) so lovely dog walks leading to woodland. Decorated thoughtfully for Christmas stay. Excellent response from owners. Will visit again

• "Love the caravan quiet and relaxing would be ideal if washing machine was available on site either caravan or on site of the park but would recommend and everything you need plus welcome pack was nice and everything thought to get you started on your holiday ."

• "The property was excellent value for the price paid and the owners had gone out of their way to make the stay enjoyable."

  The location was not one that we would choose again but we were a couple and for a family the surrounding areas would be ideal. The site was very clean and quiet.

• "I booked a late break, amazing place so clean fresh and modern."

  A very quiet place, had everything for perfect holiday, the welcome pack was appreciated, always nice to be able to have a cuppa on arrival. Well presented with nice furniture, good outside space with chairs and table, nicely lite at night. Good shower and bath, excellent comfortable bed , lilly and Harry are fox terriers enjoyed there treats two. Some lovely walks through the forest seeing deer and squirrels. This is a beautiful caravan with extra touches. Unfortunately for me I had to leave for an emergency but what time I spent there was relaxing.

• "Caravan was spotless."

  The little extras that the owners left made us feel at home as soon as we walked into the caravan. We had an amazing time and will definitely be booking again next year. Our dog Luna also had a great time and loved the treats that were left for her. We cannot speak highly enough of the owners, and anyone wanting a lovely caravan to stay in needs to book this caravan now.

• "Thanks for a lovely break."

  Caravan had lovely touches and things we had never thought off. More like a hotel. Spotlessly clean and luxurious furnishings. Best we have ever stayed in. Dogs loved the veranda and we knew they were safe. Even treats, bowls and bags for the pooches are provided. We didn't need to spend a penny for everyday items like foil, clingfilm etc. Went beyond the normal. Hope you liked the glass lamp we left for you as a little gift. Hope to be back very soon. Thank You ☺️

  The hosts left milk, coffee pods and lots of nice things to enjoy your holiday and make it easier. No complaints at all about the accommodation and loved the comfort of the property. It is like a home from home.

• "We had a lovely, relaxing stay in this spacious and cosy caravan."

  The reclining chairs was perfect for unwinding, and the American fridge with ice maker was a real bonus as was the dishwasher. Loved having both a shower and bath, plus plenty of storage for all our stuff. It’s very dog-friendly, which made our trip even better. The location is ideal – just a short drive to several beautiful beaches and a quick walk into the forest. Two really good garden centres and a flea market nearby. The clubhouse was great for a drink after a long dog walk. Probably the best caravan we’ve stayed in – we’ll definitely be back!
