"This was a lovely cosy bungalow within a short walk to the beach and the centre of Cromer."
It was very well equipped with a lovely garden safe and enclosed for our dogs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Thoughtfully decorated for our pre Christmas stay. A perfect week.

"Perfect location for exploring the local coastline for migratory birds and seals and also visiting National Trust properties."
One of the best equipped holiday homes we have stayed in, warm and cosy with efficient heating, plenty of hot water and a power shower. As elderly guests the king size bed was a bit firm and a mattress topper would have helped but as we were only 2 occupants we changed to the double bed which was very comfortable. The Christmas touches were much appreciated.

"Disappointing as the property was further away from the shops etc in Cromer than we thought."
The photograph showed that it was a stand alone property but in fact was on a housing estate.
Builders working next door which we hadn’t been advised that work was happening there.
The heating is very restricted and wasn’t available all the time consequently my elderly Mother has caught a chill and is unwell.
Hi Daphne, we are dissappointed that you didnt enjoy your visit.
Our contact details are fully listed and we would have happily sorted the central heating for you had you called.
In the main photograph properties either side can be seen.
The shops are in walking distance for most people.
The neighbours building work was not ongoing when we last checked, they have items stored at front, we will mention your thoughts to them, it is unsightly but doesnt effect use of our property.
We are very surprised you found cleanliness only 50% is there anything specific that led to this opinion, we will pick up issues with cleaning company, although we have only ever had very positive cleanliness comments before.

"Nice bungalow in a cul de sac , spacious and comfortable,good garden for dog."
No mention of building work going on next door
No washing machine , no hanging space in two bedrooms, outside bins already full on arrival, front door sticking , not enough hot water for 5 adults to have a shower, heating only provided for short period morning and short period in evening
On a whole nice bungalow , close to town centre and sea.

"Super clean and comfortable
Well situated for visiting attractions in the area
Lovely woodland walk into Cromer that you will find across the main road, quite steep in places
Although the fact that the outside back garden light was reported to Tracey on the first morning of our stay, that it was not working, it remained out of order
Also the worry that the shower tray was filling alarming full due to slow draining,was left unattended too
Minor moans…… that’s all!"

"We found the property to be as described."
The decor and garden were satisfactory for us and our 3 dogs. Unfortunately the bathroom electronic blind did not work and the wi-fi cable had been severed by a third party. Contact with the owner was by text, which seemed to extend the response time regarding queries.
All in all we would stay again at White Lion Retreat.
Hi We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We can only apologise regarding the wifi, it was very frustrating for us as the damage done by the 3rd party company, meant that Open reach had to install a new line.
Bathroom blind needed re charging. Going forward all blinds will be checked and charged as necessary during the clean and servicing between guests.
Guests points are valuable as 1st season of letting, its been very helpful, so thank you very much for taking the time to review.

"We had a great stay, the whole place was spotless and the sofa was super comfy."
The garden was well looked after and secure for our 2 dogs although it could do with some better lighting. We found the bed in the back bedroom a bit uncomfortable as it was too hard for what we‘re used to. It was a great location for lots of walking, the beach was a 10 minute walk away. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to others and I‘m sure we’ll be back to stay again.

"The bungalow was fantastic, had everything you needed, garden was lovely and totally secure, lovely sun trap."
Location was great, lots of local walks down to town, beach, takeaway shops and pubs which are dog friendly. Plenty of places to visit around the area with walks through woods and lovely long sandy beaches. All in all a great holiday Location, will definitely be recommending white Hart retreat to family and friends and will be looking to stay again

"Left a day earlier due to the weather and forgot to complete the owners feedback book."
Overall the bungalow was excellent, clean and had everything we needed. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated.
Our only suggestion is that the garden could do with brighter lighting to see where our dog and the steps are, otherwise first class!!
We really enjoyed our stay at your lovely bungalow.

The bungalow was extremely well furnished which led to a comfortable holiday. The property was very clean and the lovely garden was immaculately maintained. The neighbourhood was residential and quiet. We would definitely like to stay here again when we next visit the area.

"It is a lovely bungalow clean and well equipped."
Nice quiet position in an ideal spot to explore North Norfolk. The garden is lovely to sit out and relax after a busy day out. I couldn’t fault the bungalow it was perfect for us. The only thing I would say is whilst the lawns were mowed the boarders and particularly the drive way could do with some weeding. Obviously this did not affect our stay which was lovely but first appearance goes a long way.
