Boathouse Cottages

A group of two heart warming, waterside cottages tucked away on the river Ant at Wayford Bridge near Barton Broad and the villages of Horning and Wroxham. Lovely views over the marina and river. Comfortable contemporary interiors with the addition of woodburning stoves, perfect for spending some quality time together. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms with an assortment of shower rooms and bathrooms. Once you have embraced the interior, why not wander outside to experience the location first hand or take out a complementary dinghy or canoe to soak up the atmosphere. Around the cottages there is generous decking, furnished with outside seating and dining furniture, barbeque etc. Perfect to enjoy a glass of something and plan your next day whilst enjoying the view and the sunset. A rowing/ sailing dinghy in addition to one or two canoes (one canoe per two guests) are included. There are a host of attractions to suit everyone including river trips, bird sanctuaries, stately homes, gardens etc., including an abundance of walking and cycling routes through villages and hamlets and nearby coastal route with stunning beaches. Alternatively, enjoy the area from the river with one of your complementary canoes or dinghy or from a motorised or electric day boat hired only a few steps away. The property

A well presented cottage located at Wayford Bridge on the river Ant, beautifully designed with an open plan layout and idyllic waterside views from 3 large french windows wrapped around the exterior.

This is a very popular location for canoeing also leading to the Dilham Canal.
