  • "Lovely flat in a perfect location for walking to the beach and village, and for driving further afield."

Plenty of parking outside the flat (in October). The size suits a couple more than 4 people unless the other 2 are kids. Cleanliness was 95% there, just a little more attention needed ( such as the very grubby living room rug which we cleaned. I assume it was dirty as it's used by dogs but it took us 5 mins to transform it and remove most of the large, very visible stains, so it could easily have been a bit more pleasant on our arrival). Great for a stay with our puppy as the garden was pretty secure and very accessible, but the info book stated no pets allowed even though we booked clearly with one dog, which was a little concerning. Bottle of wine on arrival was a nice touch. A little more attention to some details would have helped, such as 2 remote controls with flat batteries on arrival. It's in a nice quiet area. Kitchen was quite well equipped, albeit very small. Sofas and bed were unusually comfortable for a holiday let.

  • "Lovely apartment, perfectly placed in Criccieth for the little town and the beach."

No problems with parking during our stay. Very comfortable beds. The kitchen was tiny, we have strict dietary requirements and weren't able to eat out, so making meals was a struggle but appreciate this is our problem and fine for other people. Would recommend for a relaxing break

  • "Lovely cottage with beautiful views of the beach and had everything a family could need for a break in Wales."

Location is amazing for exploring Snowdonia National Park, lots of lovely restaurants and cafes all within walking distance or short drive and beautiful sunsets in the evening watching the castle light up. My only feedback would be that I found it hard walking round the girls bedroom due to the shelf on the wall which made it hard getting round the bed but I only went in there room once a day so not a big problem. Would definitely recommend staying here for a beautiful seaside break

The extra chair was a great success!! However as a company Sykes were awful. They did not do what they said they had done and it was impossible to contact them to clarify issues before the trip started. I doubt very much we will use them again. Awful customer service

  • "Wonderful place to stay that ticked all the boxes."

Location is perfect for discovering the surrounding area, the amenities in Criccieth town, plus the sea view was a real nice bonus. The apartment had everything you could possibly need, nicely decorated, and all to a high standard. Parking was never an issue no matter what time we came back, we always managed to find one almost opposite the flat. Thank you for allowing us into your wonderful home. Would highly recommend.

  • "REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY, THE APARTMENT WAS VERY SPACIOUS, AND MODERN, ALTHOUGH THE KITCHEN AREA WAS COMPACT - IT HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED."

IT WAS IN A GREAT LOCATION FOR EVERYTHING. THE ENCLOSED OUTDOOR SPACE AT THE BACK WAS GREAT FOR THE DOG. WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS PARKING ON THE ROAD OPPOSITE, ALTHOUGH MAYBE BUSIER IN THE SPRING/SUMMER MONTHS. ( ASKED IF THERE WAS A HAIRDRYER IN THE PROPERTY AND WAS TOLD NOT - HOWEVER THERE WAS! ) BITS OF THE APARTMENT COULD HAVE BEEN CLEANER - FOUND CLUMPS OF DUST NEAR WARDROBE - NOT VERY CLEAN BEHIND TOILET, AND FOIL UNDERNEATH GRILL LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE HAD USED IT PREVIOUSLY. ON THE WHOLE THIS WAS MINOR AND WOULDN'T PUT US OFF STAYING AGAIN. REALLY ENJOYED THE SWIVEL CHAIR IN THE BAY WINDOW - WATCHING THE WORLD GO BY AND LOVELY VIEWS OF THE BAY!

  • "This property is pretty much perfect."

Immaculately decorated and furnished with a sea view as an added bonus. A bottle of prosecco on the table as we arrived was really appreciated. It is well equipped with practically everything you need, just a slight niggle, a peeler, oven trays and bath mat would be useful. Apart from that, it is fantastic, would definitely recommend.

  • "The property is in a great location and also is very quiet and cosy."

The only thing we were slightly unsure of was the bathroom window is on the side of the other property and does not have a blind, so didn’t feel very private. That was the only thing we were not 100% satisfied with.

  • "A very comfortable and tastefully appointed flat, with the best shower ever."

Kitchen was smaller than we expected but it had everything that we needed. The twin bedroom only had blinds making it quite light and harder to sleep but completely understand why a large window isn’t curtained! As it wasn’t cold enough to use the heating we found towels etc didn’t dry from day to day. For that reason we didn’t use the washing machine, one with a dryer included might be worth thinking about. Outside bins were quite full when arrived and we couldn’t work out how/when they should be put out to be emptied. But all in all we loved it, enjoyed our stay and would go back and recommend to friends too. Thank you!
